Models in this collection carry a factory MOQ stated as a piece count against one 40HQ, and those counts move a lot from model to model.     Reading the counts

    Why MOQ Counts Differ So Much Between Models

    In these figures the MOQ tracks the bulk of the shell. The B8022 is 1900 mm long and 1400 mm wide, and its MOQ is 10 pieces per 40HQ. The BBG drop-in series is 700 mm wide and no taller than 420 mm, and it sits at 55–60 pieces. Walk-in models show the same pattern inside one category: seven of the 12, all 52 or 55 in long, are set at 25 pcs, the 1200 mm tall BG327 drops to 15, while the 640 mm wide BG-306 rises to 40 and the BG329, at 1250 mm long and 960 mm high, reaches 45.

    For a distributor choosing which bath products to stock, this matters more than any single spec. A first order built around large whirlpool tub or two-person designs reaches each MOQ with few pieces, while rectangular drop-in models such as the BBG series and the BBD6032 ask for 45 to 60 pieces of one format before the order qualifies. Freestanding oval and double slipper designs, such as the oval FT073/FT074, sit in the middle, mostly 20 to 40 pcs.

    Jets also cut across the count. The five models with combined whirlpool and air jets are all walk-ins, BG327, BG-321, BG-316, BG-312 and BG-311, and their MOQs run from 15 to 25 pcs. Whirlpool-only jets appear on six more walk-ins plus the G-908, 6111 and FT072 alcove tubs, the B8007 corner tub and the B8022 drop-in.

    Placing an Order With a Bathtub Factory

    1. Group freestanding, drop-in and alcove tubs

      Split the order into freestanding, drop-in, alcove tubs, corner and walk-in lines so each line matches the walls and floor build-up your installers expect.

    2. Fix the length per model

      For models with two or three length options, such as FT075/FT076 or BBG6328 / BBG6729, name the exact mm length, because width, height and MOQ can change with it.

    3. Match faucets to the mount

      Order deck sets for deck-mounted models and floor-standing or wall fillers for the Floor Or Wall models (the two Deck Or Wall models take either), and confirm jet controls and fittings on the quote for whirlpool models. Plan the water supply and drain for each bath with your plumbing rough-in.

    4. Count against the MOQ

      Put a piece count next to each model and check it against that model's 40HQ figure; this keeps the quote and the container plan in one sheet, allowing you to meet each MOQ and see which designs you can stock in depth.

    5. Ask about time and delivery

      Request lead time, shipping time and the delivery destination in the same RFQ, and plan an arrival inspection so any damage, chipping, cracking or peeling is photographed before the tubs are installed in the bathroom.

    Choosing by Installation Type

    Installation type comes first, because it sets what the room has to be built for. Freestanding models (134) and back-to-wall models (14) stand on the finished floor, the back-to-wall designs set against one wall. For built-in work there are 19 drop-in models: 17 deck-style models set into a platform, plus the AA6032 and BBD6032 tile-flange tubs for a three-wall niche with the front finished on site. The 7 alcove tubs have finished apron or skirt fronts. The 5 corner tubs fit against two walls, and the 12 walk-in models have a door for step-in access. Jets cut across these types: 17 models have them, 12 with whirlpool jets and 5 with combined whirlpool and air jets.

    Choosing by Length Band

    Length comes second: the Length filter sorts every installation type into five bands. A model made in several lengths appears in each band it covers, so the 64 to 67 inch band holds 134 models and 55 to 59 inch holds 107. The under 55 inch band has 16: nine walk-in models, six compact freestanding models and one drop-in model. The 60 to 63 inch band has 38, and 68 inch and up has 30.

    Style collections narrow the shortlist further: soaking tubs for deep bathing, slipper tubs with one or both ends raised, small bathtubs, and black bathtubs with a black exterior and white interior. White covers 177 models; the other colors are black, navy, burgundy and red.

    Faucet Planning for Wholesale Bathtubs

    Faucet mount is the third choice. It differs from model to model, so check it for each acrylic bathtub before ordering faucets.

    156 models are specified for a faucet mounted off the tub. That is usually a floor-standing or wall-mounted tub filler (for the floor-standing option, see our freestanding tub faucets), while several drop-in models are shown with faucets set into the surrounding platform. Another 34 are made for a deck-mounted faucet set on the tub; for deck and platform sets, see our roman tub faucets. Walk-in and jetted models usually come with their own deck fittings, confirmed per model on the quote. Faucet mounting for the flat-rim AA6032 is confirmed at quotation.

    Yes. Every model in the range is cUPC certified, across freestanding, back-to-wall, drop-in, alcove, corner and walk-in installations and the whirlpool models.

    What sizes do your bathtubs come in?

    Lengths run from 1200 mm (47 in) to 2090 mm (82 in), widths from 640 mm (25 in) to 1500 mm (59 in) and heights from 350 mm (14 in) to 1200 mm (47 in), the tallest being a walk-in model. For tight rooms, see the compact models in small bathtubs.

    What is the difference between single-ended and double-ended tubs?

    A single-ended tub has one sloped backrest, with the drain and overflow at the other end. A double-ended tub has a backrest at both ends so it can be used facing either way, and some of these models place the drain in the center. Across the range, 123 models are double-ended and 64 single-ended. On slipper tubs, the rim sweeps up at the backrest end, or at both ends on double-slipper models.

    Does the range include walk-in and jetted models?

    Yes. There are 12 walk-in tubs, ten of them single-ended with a seat, and all but one have jets. The whirlpool tubs bring jets to alcove, corner, drop-in and freestanding designs too, and the two-person models are a drop-in whirlpool and a corner whirlpool.
