Name the schedule

These details are included in the downloaded CSV and the RFQ summary. They do not change the quantity formula.

Room-by-room takeoff

Build the fixture schedule

Add separate lines for phases, room types, accessible rooms, public-use areas, staff areas or different model specifications. This tool never invents those ratios.

Reserve is your project team's allowance—not a SANIKB recommendation. Maximum 50 planning lines.

Calculated output

Review the quantity plan

Only complete lines with an area, category and positive room/unit counts are included. Totals update in your browser; nothing is sent until you submit the RFQ form.

    Scope boundary

A quantity plan, not a code or commercial decision

    • No automatic code ratio. Accessibility, occupancy, plumbing-code and local approval requirements must be confirmed by the project’s licensed professionals and authorities.
    • No automatic commercial terms. The result does not state price, MOQ, tooling, certification, freight, availability or lead time. Those are confirmed in writing after scope review.
    • Supply route stays explicit. SANIKB’s own production scope is ceramic basins, ceramic toilets and fireclay sinks. Other listed categories are coordinated through vetted sourcing partners.
    • Rounding is transparent. Installation quantity uses whole fixture units. Any fractional reserve is rounded up to the next whole unit.

    Structured RFQ handoff

Send the schedule for RFQ review

SANIKB will confirm scope, supply route, model availability, documentation needs, commercial terms and timing in writing.

    • Calculated schedule included in the inquiry
    • CSV remains available for your project files
    • Scope and supply route reviewed before quotation

By submitting, you ask SANIKB to review this schedule for an RFQ. See our Privacy Policy.

    Calculator FAQ

    Before you send the takeoff

Use the schedule as a structured first brief. Final specifications and commercial terms remain subject to written review.

How is each RFQ quantity calculated?

Installation quantity equals rooms or units multiplied by fixtures per room or unit. Reserve equals that installation quantity multiplied by your chosen percentage, rounded up. RFQ quantity is the two added together.

Does the tool calculate accessibility or plumbing-code ratios?

No. Add those rooms or areas as separate lines only after the project team confirms the applicable design and code requirements.

Does the output confirm price, MOQ or lead time?

No. Model, material, finish, production or sourcing route, quantity, packing, destination and documentation all affect the commercial response.

Can one schedule mix kitchen and bathroom categories?

Yes. The takeoff can group multiple categories in one schedule. SANIKB then confirms which lines fall within its own production scope and which require coordinated sourcing.
