Ceramic sink line in numbers: what a bathroom sink buyer can source here

This ceramic sink collection holds 313 bathroom basin products, described as ceramic bodies fired in vitreous china. The 40 designs profiled below come in 61 catalog sizes between them, so one design often covers several basin sizes.

SANIKB D479 white wall-mounted ceramic basin
    300–1000 mm

designs tagged for wall mounting: 5 dual above-counter / wall hung bodies plus 2 wall-only basins
    17 of 40
designs tagged in a color other than white: black, blue, gray, beige or orange

The third listed dimension runs from 80 mm on the slimmest wall basin (SHY-3085RMB) to 200 mm on the tallest vessel bowl (SHY-5089D32); the SHY-304H pedestal basin is listed at 480 × 470 × 520 mm overall.

    Glaze shortlist

Glaze-led vessel bowls worth sampling first

The SHY-coded ceramic vessel sink models carry all of the color in this range. Each design below has a finish you will not find on the white D-series, which makes them useful for a display bay or a design-led project line.

Black is the largest color group with seven tagged designs. Blue follows with five: SHY-9001, SHY-9002, SHY-9003, SHY-9004 and SHY-5089D32, sized from 360 to 450 mm across.

    Mould families

Multi-size families: one design, several bathroom sink sizes

For a stock program, the families below let you list a matching bathroom sink in several sizes. Sizes are in mm, as listed for each model.

The D577 rows name a rear overflow and a single tap hole in the product title; for other families, confirm overflow and tap-hole drilling on the drawing before you order.

    Off-counter formats

Wall-hung, pedestal and narrow-body ceramic basins

Most designs profiled here sit on a counter, but a few ceramic wash basin bodies answer other briefs. SHY-3085RMB is a black wall basin at 380 × 145 × 80 mm with its tap deck on the left, and SHY-3126L is a white 380 × 220 × 110 mm wall basin with a right-hand tap deck. They are the two designs listed as wall mounted only.

Five white designs are specified as either above counter or wall hung: D104 (450 mm square), D49 (460 mm square), D562 / D563, D607 / D608 and the D479 to D483 family. The same model can therefore be quoted for either mounting, so one bathroom sink style can run through a mixed order.

    SHY-304H is the pedestal option, a white D-shaped basin with a rear tap deck at 480 × 470 × 520 mm overall. The fluted D588 (355 × 195 × 120 mm) and D590 (445 × 260 × 115 mm) place the tap deck on the short end.

    Writing the inquiry

How to email a ceramic bathroom sink RFQ that gets a complete quote

Pricing is quoted per order and MOQ is set per model, so completing the details below in your first email decides what we can confirm in the reply. Our team answers every email in writing within 12 business hours.

    1. List model codes and sizes

Use the exact code, such as D557C or SHY-8090D132, because several families share one design across sizes. Add quantity per model so mixed-model MOQ can be checked.

    2. State mounting and drilling

Say above counter, wall hung or pedestal for each line, plus tap-hole count and overflow. Dual-mount models like D104 need the mounting stated in the inquiry.

    3. Name the glaze

Quote the finish exactly as written on the product page, for example Black / Gold veins or White / Black rim. For a custom glaze, share a physical or Pantone reference.

    4. Describe packaging and labels

Tell us the carton marking, barcode labels and any installation instructions or inserts your customers expect in the box, so packaging is priced with the order and the unboxing experience matches your brand.

    5. Ask for samples and timing

Request sample units of the models you plan to stock and ask for lead time per model; both are confirmed in the quotation. Share your sample feedback by email before mass production starts.

Submitting drawings, photos or a room schedule in the same email thread keeps every bathroom sink line of the order on one approval trail.

    Buyer fit

Which part of the range suits your business

    Distributors and wholesalers

Build a white stock line from the multi-size families, then add a few colored ceramic vessel sink designs as a higher-interest display tier.

    Contractors and hotel projects

Pick a model listed for both above-counter and wall-hung mounting so one design can cover both installs on a project, and order quantities per model from your schedule.

    Private label and home-improvement brands

Ask for custom sizes, glaze colors and tap-hole drilling on existing designs for private-label supply, or send your own drawings through our OEM/ODM service. Email your target market and order volume to start.

    FAQs

What ceramic sink types can you supply for a mixed product catalog?

We manufacture the full ceramic sink range for distribution and contract programs: ceramic bathroom sink formats (undermount, drop-in, wall-hung and pedestal), a ceramic kitchen sink line in single- and double-bowl apron-front and undermount configurations, and ceramic vessel sinks for countertop installation. Every body is high-fired vitreous china with a sealed glaze, so one purchase order can cover bathroom, kitchen and vanity SKUs under consistent quality control. Buyers expanding beyond ceramic often pair the program with our quartz sinks for a complete fixture assortment.

What is the difference between a ceramic kitchen sink and a ceramic bathroom sink for ordering?

A ceramic kitchen sink uses a thicker vitreous body, deeper bowls and reinforced apron or undermount rims to handle daily cookware loads, while a ceramic bathroom sink is shaped for lavatory use with overflow channels and faucet-deck or vessel mounting. We produce both as separate ceramic sink lines with their own spec sheets, MOQs and lead times, so distributors can stock ceramic kitchen sinks and bathroom basins without mixing tolerances. The two lines share the same glaze chemistry for color matching across a project.

Do you offer ceramic vessel sinks and how are they specified?

Yes. Our ceramic vessel sink range sits above the counter and is specified by outside diameter, bowl depth, drain type (with or without overflow) and glaze finish. Because a vessel ceramic sink mounts on top of the vanity, we supply the correct above-counter drain and ring options and confirm faucet-height clearance on the spec sheet. Project buyers often combine ceramic vessel sinks with matching toilets, so the assortment can be rounded out with our one-piece toilet program for full-room packages.

Can you supply a ceramic utility sink for laundry and back-of-house applications?

We manufacture a ceramic utility sink built for laundry rooms, janitor closets and back-of-house service areas, with a deep single bowl, high splash wall and a heavy vitreous body that resists chemical staining. These are sold as part of the same ceramic sinks catalog, so a distributor can list ceramic sinks kitchen and utility models together with standardized cartons and labeling. For heavier commercial wash-down zones we can also quote our concrete sink line as a complementary spec.

How do you fix a cracked ceramic sink, and do you provide a ceramic sink repair kit?

For minor surface damage, how to fix a cracked ceramic sink usually means cleaning the area, applying a two-part epoxy or porcelain filler color-matched to the glaze, then sealing the cured patch; a structural crack through the body is not field-repairable and the unit should be replaced. We do not market a consumer ceramic sink repair kit, but for trade accounts we supply touch-up glaze, spare parts and warranty replacement units so service teams can address damage during installation or claims. Replacement bowls ship from the same ceramic sink batch to keep glaze color consistent.

Can ceramic sinks be ordered alongside toilets for full bathroom packages?

Yes. Builders, hotels and developers frequently combine our ceramic sinks with matching sanitaryware so an entire bathroom ships under one program with consistent white-glaze tones. The ceramic bathroom sink line color-matches our two-piece and one-piece toilet bodies, letting you bundle lavatory and water-closet SKUs per room. To browse the matching closet options across the catalog, distributors can reference our view all smart toilets collection for the complete fixture range.
