The SN015B mounts under the counter and is secured from below, which keeps the countertop edge clean and uninterrupted, with no rim resting on top of the surface. As an undermount basin it has no faucet holes. The faucet is mounted on the countertop deck or on the wall, so the faucet drilling is handled on the counter rather than on the basin. As an under counter ceramic basin, it pairs with a deck-mounted or wall-mounted faucet of the buyer's choice.

The basin has a standard drain opening of Ø45 mm (Ø1.8 in). The spec drawing also shows a Ø70 mm (Ø2.8 in) outer dimension at the drain well. The drawing shows no overflow on the SN015B. A basin without an overflow must be paired with a non-overflow, free-flow drain that has no overflow channel. A standard pop-up drain built for basins with an overflow is not the correct match for this model. Drain selection and mounting hardware are confirmed at the RFQ stage, and confirming the drain type before installation prevents drainage problems on site.
