How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.

The basin is made from glazed ceramic with a smooth surface that is straightforward to clean and maintain in residential and commercial bathrooms. As an undermount unit, the rim sits below the countertop, so the installed basin presents a continuous counter line with no exposed top edge. Material grade, color, and finish options are confirmed at quotation and can be matched to a buyer's program requirements.
This basin installs from below the counter and is secured to the underside of the counter material, which suits stone, quartz, and solid-surface tops. The mounting method and any support hardware are set by the fabricator. Because the rim is concealed, the fabricator also sets the reveal between the cutout edge and the bowl (positive, flush, or negative). Recommended cutout dimensions and the reveal detail for this large rectangular ceramic undermount basin are confirmed on the spec sheet so the cutout template matches the bowl opening of 470 x 375 mm (18.5 x 14.8 in). With no faucet holes on the basin, the faucet and any deck accessories are drilled into the countertop, which gives showrooms and fabricators flexibility on faucet selection and spread.
The basin has a 45 mm (1.8 in) drain opening positioned toward the rear of the bowl, with the centerline set 140 mm (5.6 in) from the rear edge of the basin. The underside outlet detail is shown on the spec drawing. The correct drain assembly depends on the basin's overflow configuration, which is confirmed on the spec sheet at quotation: a basin supplied without an overflow is paired with a non-overflow (free-flow) drain, while a basin with an overflow uses a drain with an overflow channel. Matching the drain to the overflow configuration at the RFQ stage prevents installation problems on site.
As a factory-direct OEM ceramic basin supplier, SANIKB produces this rectangular undermount model for private-label brands and importers building their own bathroom lines. OEM and ODM support covers branded packaging, custom finish and color matching, and dimensional changes for proprietary shapes and sizes. Spec drawings can be provided on request for fabrication and catalog planning. Tooling for custom sizes, finishes, or configurations is scoped per program. To brief a branded run, Start a Private Label Program with our team.
This large undermount basin is specified across a range of B2B channels. Distributors and importers stock it as a catalog SKU, showroom dealers and countertop fabricators serve designers and remodel clients, multifamily developers standardize it across unit counts, hospitality FF&E buyers outfit guest bathrooms, and general contractors source it for active projects. The defined footprint and rectangular bowl opening support repeatable cutout templates, which helps project buyers keep installation and future replacement consistent across phases.
