Fireclay is shaped from dense ceramic clay and fired past 2,000°F until it vitrifies into a single non-porous body. Done right, it shrugs off chips, stains, and heat for decades. Done wrong, it warps in the kiln and crazes inside a year.

The difference is source control. We own the clay body, the glaze line, and the firing — so the sink that clears inspection is the sink that ships. No third factory in the chain, no quiet substitution after the sample is approved.

Yes. We produce fireclay sinks to your drawings — custom dimensions, bowl configuration, apron profile, and drain placement. Non-standard sizes run on a dedicated mold; minor changes can adapt an existing one, which is faster and cheaper to tool.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom fireclay sinks?

MOQ depends on whether your spec needs a new mold. Branding one of our 100+ existing SKU scarries a lower MOQ than a fully custom mold, which front-loads tooling cost across the run. Exact MOQ is confirmed at quote against your spec.

Do you offer OEM and private-label fireclay sinks?

Yes. We stamp your logo, build your packaging, and prepare your documentation. Sinks ship under your brand with no broker layer between your name and the factory.

What's the difference between your OEM and ODM service?

OEM means we produce an existing or lightly modified design under your brand — fastest route to a first container. ODM means we engineer and produce a sink from your original drawing or concept — full design ownership, with tooling and sampling built in.

How long does sampling take, and what does it cost?

Sampling is quoted per spec — a new mold takes longer than adapting an existing one. Once the sample is approved, standard mass-production runs 30–45 days.

What glaze colors and finishes can you match?

We match to your color reference, Pantone, or a physical sample, in gloss or matte. Because we own the glaze line, the finish on the approved sample is the finish on the production run.

Are your fireclay sinks certified for the US and EU markets?

Yes. We hold cUPC, CE, ISO 9001, SGS, WRAS, INM and NOM — current and re-pullable for your destination market, including the US, EU, UK, and Mexico.

What are your production lead times and shipping terms?

Standard mass-production is 30–45 daysafter sample approval. We ship FOB Foshan with destination-ready export documentation; other Incoterms are available on request.
