We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.

The SN004 oval ceramic undermount basin carries these dimensions:
- Overall exterior: 16.9 in (430 mm) length, 14.2 in (360 mm) width, 7.7 in (195 mm) height
- Bowl opening at the top: 15.0 in (380 mm) length, 12.2 in (310 mm) width
- Drain outlet opening: 1.8 in (45 mm), with an outer drain diameter of 2.8 in (70 mm)
- Rim width: 1.0 in (25 mm)
The 7.7 in (195 mm) figure is the overall exterior height of the basin, measured from the rim line to the lowest point of the bowl. It is not the usable interior bowl depth. Fabricators should use the bowl opening dimensions and the overall outer dimensions to set the undermount cutout and reveal. Cutout templates are available on request to support stone and solid-surface coordination.
The SN004 ships in a white ceramic finish suited to residential and project vanity and lavatory work. White is a stable specification across mixed-finish projects and pairs with most cabinetry, stone, and fixture selections, which keeps it practical for distributors carrying a core stocking SKU and for project buyers standardizing a single basin across multiple units.
At 16.9 in (430 mm) by 14.2 in (360 mm), the SN004 is sized for narrow-depth vanities, secondary baths, powder rooms, and high-density layouts where a full-size basin will not fit. The same footprint installs cleanly in standard vanity tops, so a single SKU can serve both narrow and conventional cabinet widths across a project schedule. This makes it a workable undermount sink for narrow vanity applications without adding a separate line item for tight spaces.

Branding, packaging, carton marking, and program-level finish handling are set per program and scoped at the RFQ stage.
