GL42 Starburst Round
A starburst-cut base under a 420 mm round bowl
GL42 puts the pattern where the water sits. The specification records a starburst-cut base rather than a treated wall.
Pattern at the bottom, not the side
A base pattern is seen looking down into the bowl. That is a different sales argument from a faceted wall, and it needs a different photograph.
420 mm across the rim
420 mm is a wide round without going to the 460 mm dish. It reads generous on a single vanity without demanding the depth a larger oval needs.
Pattern position changes how a basin is merchandised. Both approaches sit side by side in the glass vessel sink range.
Fit & Clearance
Confirming the mounting method before a top is cut
This model is tagged for vessel and undermount use while the specification records above-counter.
The specification entry is the one to quote from. Where a project wants the bowl set under the counter, ask for written confirmation against the drawing before anyone templates a top.
The 150 mm standing height is a vessel figure. Treat above-counter as the working assumption until the drawing confirms otherwise.
Do not release a stone top for cutting until the mounting method is confirmed.
Construction & Finish
Substrate is constant across the GL codes
Every model in this group shares the same recorded material.
Choice is shape, not substrate
Tempered art glass appears on each GL record. Nothing on this page separates GL42 from its siblings on material grounds.
That is useful when building an assortment. You are choosing footprint, height and pattern, and the material conversation only has to happen once for the whole group. Ask for thickness and weight figures per model even so, because size changes both.
Keep one material query open for the range instead of five separate ones.
Compliance
Written confirmation before GL42 enters a submittal
A page listing is a catalogue entry. A confirmed drawing and a written reply are what a reviewer will accept.
The GL42 specification names no certification, no listing and no test report. The tag list is catalogue data and carries no compliance meaning either.
Ask for a written confirmation covering mounting method, dimensions and any documents available for the destination market. Attach that reply to your submittal rather than a screenshot of the page.
Procurement
Sampling GL42 before the main run is booked
The mounting question decides how this order should be sequenced.
Take a sample and check it against your own counter detail before the hundred pieces are booked. That is cheaper than finding the issue on a full order.
Once the detail is settled, packaging and own-label work run through the SANIKB OEM and ODM program.
Include these details with the RFQ
- Written confirmation of mounting method
- Sample of one GL42 code
- Quantity per suffix for the main run
- Cut-out and drain detail drawing
- Destination port and Incoterm
- Delivery window after sample approval
Book the production slot only after the sample has been signed off.
How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.
- Your logo on product, carton and documentation
- Private-label packaging and manuals
- Custom finish matched to your standard
- Custom dimensions and tooling where volume supports it
- Product development from your reference or price target
- Destination-market documentation prepared on request
