The SN1548 is a one-piece white ceramic vanity top engineered for distributors, importers, private-label brands, and project buyers who need one rectangular format across many cabinet widths. Each unit casts the bowl and deck as a single glazed ceramic piece and installs as a drop-in, self-rimming vanity top that rests on the cabinet, with one pre-drilled center faucet hole and a center drain. The series spans eight widths from 23.8 in to 47.6 in, with front-to-back depth between 18.1 in and 18.3 in so units sit on standard vanity cabinets without custom cutting. For buyers sourcing a full size matrix from one factory, this multi-size rectangular ceramic vanity sink series keeps the full ceramic cabinet basin range on one set of drawings and one freight program, instead of sourcing sizes from several suppliers.

The series covers eight widths on a near-common depth: 460 mm (18.1 in) on the SN1548-80 and -90, and 465 mm (18.3 in) on the other six sizes. Bowl size scales with overall width, and the three options near 36 in give a centered, left-offset, or right-offset bowl so buyers can specify counter space on one side where a vanity layout calls for it. The bowl figures below are the rectangular opening at the deck.
- SN1548-60: 605 mm (23.8 in) wide, 465 mm (18.3 in) deep, 8.1 in high; centered bowl 435 x 265 mm (17.1 x 10.4 in)
- SN1548-75: 750 mm (29.5 in) wide, 465 mm (18.3 in) deep, 7.7 in high; centered bowl 460 x 280 mm (18.1 x 11.0 in)
- SN1548-80: 810 mm (31.9 in) wide, 460 mm (18.1 in) deep, 7.7 in high; centered bowl 460 x 280 mm (18.1 x 11.0 in)
- SN1548-90: 900 mm (35.4 in) wide, 460 mm (18.1 in) deep, 7.7 in high; centered bowl 460 x 280 mm (18.1 x 11.0 in)
- SN1548-90L: 905 mm (35.6 in) wide, 465 mm (18.3 in) deep, 7.5 in high; left-offset bowl 495 x 280 mm (19.5 x 11.0 in)
- SN1548-90R: 910 mm (35.8 in) wide, 465 mm (18.3 in) deep, 7.5 in high; right-offset bowl 480 x 280 mm (18.9 x 11.0 in)
- SN1548-100: 1010 mm (39.8 in) wide, 465 mm (18.3 in) deep, 7.5 in high; centered bowl 460 x 280 mm (18.1 x 11.0 in)
- SN1548-120: 1210 mm (47.6 in) wide, 465 mm (18.3 in) deep, 7.5 in high; centered bowl 490 x 290 mm (19.3 x 11.4 in)
Edge thickness is 15 mm (0.6 in) on most sizes and 20 mm (0.8 in) on the SN1548-100 and -120. With depth held within that 18.1 in to 18.3 in band, a buyer can run different widths along one wall and keep the counter line consistent, allowing for the 5 mm step between the two depth groups.
Every size ships as a single-hole vanity basin with one pre-drilled center faucet hole at Φ35 mm (1.4 in), sized for a standard single-hole faucet. The drain opening is Φ45 mm (1.8 in), with a Φ70 mm (2.8 in) boss on the underside. On the centered models the bowl and drain sit on the deck centerline. On the SN1548-90L the bowl is offset to the left and on the SN1548-90R it is offset to the right, which moves the drain and trap toward that side and leaves usable deck area on the opposite end. The faucet hole setback and drain position are dimensioned on each model's spec drawing for rough-in.
Drain hardware should be matched to the basin's overflow configuration. A basin without an overflow takes a non-overflow free-flow pop-up drain, while a basin with an overflow takes a standard overflow pop-up drain. Confirm the overflow configuration and the correct matching drain with our team when you specify a size, so the trim you order fits the unit shipped.
Each unit is a glazed white ceramic casting in a glossy finish, and every size in the range uses the same body and the same finish. This matters most for mixed-size orders: when a distributor ships several sizes to one dealer, or a developer installs different widths across studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, the white ceramic vanity sink reads as one matched family on the wall rather than a set of near-matches from different molds. The smooth glazed surface wipes clean with standard bathroom cleaners, which suits high-turnover rental, hospitality, and showroom display use.
The series is specified for B2B and project supply rather than single-unit retail. Distributors and plumbing supply houses stock a range of widths to cover dealer and trade demand from one SKU family. Multifamily and residential developers match basin widths to varying cabinet sizes across unit types while holding one counter depth. Hospitality FF&E buyers use the offset and centered layouts to fit custom millwork by room category. Kitchen and bath showroom dealers display a coordinated size run to guide customers to the right fit, and general contractors and e-commerce resellers order individual sizes against specific jobs and listings. Across all of these, the consistent depth, single faucet hole, and standard drain footprint keep installation predictable from one size to the next.
SANIKB manufactures this range factory-direct and supports OEM, ODM, and private-label supply. As an OEM ceramic vanity sink program, the series can be produced to a buyer's specified dimensions, bowl placement, branding, and carton design, with spec sheets and CAD or DWG drawings provided so dealers and contractors can quote and submit without repeated back-and-forth. Custom requirements, drawing revisions, and tooling are handled through a controlled sample and approval process. Minimum order quantity is set per program and confirmed at quotation, and samples are available on request for evaluation before a bulk order.
Units are packed for container export with protective packaging intended to reduce ceramic breakage in transit and handling. Export documentation is provided with each shipment, and mixed-size loading can be arranged to make better use of container space across the range. Lead time is confirmed at quotation against order quantity and customization, and after-sales handling, including replacement of transit-damaged units, is agreed as part of the supply terms.
