This square vessel basin measures 16.2 x 16.2 in (410 x 410 mm) with an overall height of 5.7 in (145 mm), giving a true square footprint for symmetrical counter layouts. The raised rear deck spans about 8.3 in (210 mm) of the basin depth and carries a single pre-drilled faucet hole at Ø1.4 in (Ø35 mm), set about 2.4 in (60 mm) from the rear edge. The drain opening is Ø1.8 in (45 mm) at the inner diameter with a Ø2.8 in (70 mm) outer recess, sized to accept a non-overflow basin pop-up. These fixed measurements let procurement and specification teams plan counter cutouts, faucet selection, and freight.
Because the faucet mounts on the basin deck rather than the counter, this is a single faucet hole basin that simplifies installation. The counter only needs a drain cutout and supply routing, with no separate faucet drilling, which removes a fabrication step for fabricators and installers and keeps faucet fit straightforward. The Ø1.4 in deck hole accepts a standard single-hole bathroom faucet, so showroom dealers and resellers can pair it with a coordinating tap and reduce returns caused by mismatched hole counts. For project buyers, the fixed faucet position also keeps multi-unit layouts uniform.
The SN109-019 is a no-overflow ceramic basin, so it must be paired with a free-flow, non-overflow pop-up drain rather than a standard overflow pop-up. Using an overflow drain on a basin without an overflow channel will not seat or function correctly, so this distinction matters for both quoting and installation. SANIKB can supply or specify a matching non-overflow drain alongside the basin, which helps plumbing supply houses and contractors order the correct waste the first time. Confirming the drain type at the quotation stage prevents callbacks and keeps project installs on schedule.
The basin is made from white ceramic with a glazed finish, a durable and easy-to-clean surface suited to high-traffic bathrooms and frequent housekeeping cycles. As the manufacturer, SANIKB controls body forming, glazing, and firing in house, which supports dimensional and color consistency across production runs. This matters for distributors and developers placing repeat orders against the same white tone, and for multi-building or multi-phase projects where basins from different production batches need to match on the finished wall.
The square format and 16.2 in footprint suit residential bathrooms, powder rooms, hotel guest baths, and multifamily units where a defined, symmetrical basin profile is wanted. As an above-counter wash basin, it works in both renovation and new-build programs. SANIKB supplies this model to distributors and importers stocking for resale, multifamily and hospitality FF&E buyers specifying at volume, kitchen and bath showroom dealers, e-commerce resellers, and OEM/ODM sourcing managers building branded ranges. The repeatable specification makes it straightforward to slot into existing catalogs and project packages.
As a factory-direct OEM/ODM ceramic basin, the SN109-019 can be adapted for private-label programs and wholesale supply. Customization can cover branded and custom packaging, carton marking, and program-specific documentation, with finish and configuration options matched to your specification. Minimum order quantity, tiered pricing, and lead time are set per program and confirmed at quotation, and samples are available on request for evaluation before a bulk order. Export packaging is built to protect ceramic in transit. Send your specifications to SANIKB for OEM pricing, a bulk quote, or a private-label proposal.
