SN112-037 is a square vessel basin in glossy white vitreous china, 465 × 465 mm on the footprint and 160 mm tall. One Ø35 mm hole is drilled in the rear deck for a single-hole faucet.

Square vessel sink for hotel and multifamily bathrooms

Hotel renovations, multifamily fit-outs and showroom boards often call for an 18 inch square ceramic vessel sink that repeats cleanly from room to room. SN112-037 measures 465 × 465 mm, so one vanity template covers every bathroom vessel position in the project.

A rear deck carries one pre-drilled Ø35 mm hole for a single-hole faucet. Above counter installation is simple: installers place the basin on the counter, using 465 × 465 mm of countertop space, run the drain through one bore and set the tap behind the bowl.

Sold as an 18 inch model, but 18.3" (465 mm) is the true outer dimension. Lay out the vanity on 465 mm and leave clearance behind the basin for the faucet base and lever.

Glaze

Standard glaze is glossy white ceramic. Matte white and other finishes can be quoted for OEM orders.

Single-hole deck

The Ø35 mm hole means no drilling on site and a simple faucet match for installers of this square vessel sink.

Drain hardware

A Ø45 mm opening takes a standard 1-3/4" pop up drain assembly. Confirm the fitting at order.

Is the 18 inch square ceramic vessel sink drilled for a faucet?

Yes. SN112-037 has one pre-drilled Ø35 mm (1.4") hole on the rear deck for a single-hole faucet, so installers do not drill on site. Check the rear-deck space around your faucet base and lever, especially where the basin sits close to a backsplash.

Which size should a developer put on the vanity drawing?

Use 465 × 465 mm (18.3" × 18.3"), with an overall height of 160 mm (6.3"). The 18 inch label is nominal. Before approving a vanity package, review the rim height, countertop bearing surface, drain penetration and internal bowl dimensions on the model drawing.

What pop up drain size does SN112-037 need?

The drain opening measures Ø45 mm, which fits a standard 1-3/4" pop-up assembly. Pair it with a grid or push-down pop-up sized to that opening. Confirm the waste fitting and the countertop penetration separately when you order, so plumbers receive matching hardware.
