SANIKB D-8301 is a straight-back rectangular tub for freestanding installation, in gloss white acrylic. The back edge is straight with two square rear corners and the two front corners are rounded, so it can stand with its back close to a wall. The walls flare out toward a slim rim, both ends flare alike, and the drain is centered.

Lengths run from D-8301-150 at 1500 x 800 x 600 mm (59 x 31.5 x 23.6 in) through D-8301-160 at 1600 x 800 x 600 mm (63 x 31.5 x 23.6 in) to D-8301-170 at 1700 x 800 x 600 mm (67 x 31.5 x 23.6 in).     Straight back, rounded front, flared ends

    The D-8301 plan combines a straight back edge with two square corners and a rounded front. In elevation both ends flare outward symmetrically toward the rim.

    01 / BACK EDGE

    Wall-side placement

    With a straight back edge and square rear corners, D-8301 can be set parallel to a wall with a small, even gap. The overflow is on this back side, away from the room.

    02 / RIM

    30 mm rim deck

    The drawing gives a 30 mm (1.2 in) rim deck at the ends and front. Inner depth is drawn at 470 mm and 460 mm (18.5 and 18.1 in).

    D-8301 comes in 1500, 1600 and 1700 mm lengths (59, 63 and 67 in), each 800 mm (31.5 in) wide and 600 mm (23.6 in) high.

    The 1600 mm size sits between the other two for rooms where 1700 mm will not fit but more than 1500 mm is free. Since the back edge is straight, measure the wall run as well as the distance out into the room.

    Confirm the drain and back-side overflow for D-8301 on the approved drawing before the waste goes in.

    D-8301 is made from pure acrylic sheet, with a gloss white surface.

    Even with the back near a wall, the rounded front and flared ends stay in view. Approve the gloss and white tone on a D-8301 sample.

    D-8301 rests flat on the floor. Where it stands close to a wall, finish and level the floor and the wall junction before the tub goes in.
