SANIKB D-8023 is a wide oval freestanding bathtub, double-ended and made in white acrylic in a single size: D-8023 at 1700 x 960 x 600 mm (67 x 37.8 x 23.6 in). Steep, conical sides flare outward from a recessed plinth band up to a thin rim, with a drain at the center.

    D-8023 has an elliptical plan that is symmetric end to end. In elevation the sides rise steeply and flare outward, so the rim outline is larger than the base, and the plinth band below is set in.

    The body stands on a distinct plinth band recessed from the flared walls. The elevation drawing confirms the plinth base.

    Flat facet and a rim recess

    Part of one inner wall is formed as a flat facet. The plan drawing also shows a trapezoidal notch at mid-length on one long side of the rim; its function and size are confirmed on the approved drawing.

    The elevation shows inner depths of 460 mm (18.1 in) and 470 mm (18.5 in). Because the sides flare outward, the footprint at floor level is smaller than the rim outline; take clearances to walls and fixtures from the rim.

    The flat facet on the inner wall and the flared sides show the finish at different angles. Check both on the sample before signing off production.

    The flared rim projects beyond the plinth and is exposed in handling. Agree how the rim is protected in the carton and how any damage is recorded on delivery.
