In plan, D-8160 is an asymmetric oval whose rim follows a swirl instead of an even curve. In elevation it is a plain rectangle: the walls run straight and vertical from the floor up to the slim flat rim.

Slim flat rim with two offsets at one end

The rim is slim and flat across the top. The dimension drawing marks rim offsets of 65 mm and 90 mm (2.6 and 3.5 in) at the left end, which is why that end of the outline does not mirror the other.

02 / FAUCET

Deck-mounted mixer at one end

D-8160 takes a deck-mounted faucet and is shown with a bath/shower mixer set into the rim at one end. The tap-hole position is confirmed on the approved drawing, and whether the mixer is supplied is agreed at quotation.

With a deck-mounted mixer, the hot and cold supplies reach the rim from under the tub, so fix which end carries the mixer before the floor is closed. The waste sits under the center of the basin, independent of the mixer end.
