SANIKB D-8016 is a single-ended rectangular tub for freestanding installation, in white acrylic. One end is raked well outward as a long slanted backrest, while the other end is almost vertical and holds the drain. Corners are square, the thin rim stays level, and the base sits flat on the floor.

D-8016-150 is the compact size at 1500 x 750 x 600 mm (59 x 29.5 x 23.6 in); D-8016-170 is the larger one at 1700 x 800 x 600 mm (67 x 31.5 x 23.6 in).     Shape & Backrest

    One raked end, one near-vertical end

    D-8016 is asymmetric in elevation: the backrest end leans out in a long slanted facet, and the drain end rises almost straight. The rim is level all round, so it is not a slipper.

    Long slanted facet

    The raked end gives the bather a reclined position facing the drain end. Inner depth is drawn at 465 mm (18.3 in) at the backrest end.

    End drain, 230 mm in

    The drain is 230 mm (9.1 in) from the near-vertical end and centered in the width, where the drawing gives 480 mm (18.9 in) of inner depth.

    The drain is 375 mm from the side on the 750 mm width and 400 mm on the 800 mm width. Since the drain end is fixed, decide which way the bather faces before the floor waste is set.

    D-8016 is formed in white from pure acrylic sheet, including the long raked backrest facet.

    D-8016 is made in white; its gloss level is confirmed on the approval sample before the order is released.

    The long slanted facet is the most visible face of the tub, so check it on the sample for an even surface.
