SANIKB D-8365 is a teardrop-shaped acrylic freestanding bathtub: wide and round at the backrest end, tapering to a narrower end that holds the drain and overflow. A thin rim runs level around the whole shell.

D-8365-150 measures 1500 x 800 x 600 mm (59 x 31.5 x 23.6 in) and D-8365-170 measures 1700 x 800 x 600 mm (67 x 31.5 x 23.6 in). The tub is made in matte white and is cUPC certified.     Teardrop plan, backrest at the wide end

    In plan, D-8365 is shaped like a teardrop or egg. The wide round end has the sloped backrest and the shell narrows toward the drain end.

    The drawing shows no flat side on D-8365. Allow clearance on every side, since there is no straight edge to set against a wall.

    Deeper at the drain end

    Inner depth is drawn at 440 mm at the wide end and 470 mm at the drain end (17.3 and 18.5 in). The drain and overflow both sit at the narrow end.

    The matte white of D-8365 is seen on the outside of the shell as well as the interior, because a freestanding tub has no platform around it.
