SANIKB CJ01 is a fluted corner freestanding bathtub in white acrylic, with vertical fluting on the exposed front and rounded end, set on a plinth base. The back and the squared end stand against two walls, and a smooth oval double-ended basin has a centered overflow and drain. Sizes: CJ01-150L and CJ01-150R at 1500 × 750 × 580 mm (59 × 29.5 × 22.8 in); CJ01-170L and CJ01-170R at 1700 × 800 × 580 mm (67 × 31.5 × 22.8 in). Because the rim is not drilled for taps, water comes from a floor-standing or wall-mounted filler. The model is cUPC certified, with quotes issued within 12 business hours.

Fluting & Base
Vertical fluting on the two open sides
CJ01 carries vertical fluting across its exposed front and rounded end. The back and the squared end, which stand against walls, are plain. The tub sits on a plinth base.
Fluted where it is seen
Only the room-facing sides are fluted: the front edge and the rounded end carry vertical flutes, while the back edge and the squared end, which meet the walls, are plain.
Smooth oval basin, centered drain
Inside, the basin is smooth and oval with both ends shaped as backrests. The overflow and drain are centered, with the drain 270 mm from the back edge, and the inner depth is 456 mm.

The drawing sets the basin floor 250 mm in from each end, 1000 mm (1500 size) or 1200 mm (1700 size) long, and 490 mm or 540 mm wide, 180 mm from the back edge and 80 mm from the front edge.
Check the approved drawing for the hand you order before the room is tiled.
Construction & Finish
Fluted white acrylic on a plinth
The pure acrylic shell of CJ01 is made in white, with flutes formed on the two exposed sides and a smooth finish inside the basin.

Fluting in one color
CJ01 is made in white, across the fluted sides and the smooth basin alike.
The plinth carries the tub, so there are no separate feet to set. The elevation also marks a 30 mm step at the rounded end, worth checking where floor trims meet the base.
Fluted faces have more edges to protect than a plain skirt. Agree carton protection for the fluting and a damage reporting process before shipment.
Inspect the fluted faces on arrival and note any marks or cracks before installation.

CJ01 is cUPC certified across its sizes and hands. Request the current certificate number and its validity when a submittal is prepared for your market.
