SANIKB D-8016Q is a rectangular acrylic drop-in bathtub with one sloped backrest end and a narrow flat flange that rests on the platform deck. It is made in two sizes: D-8016Q-150 at 1500 x 750 x 500 mm (59 x 29.5 x 19.7 in) and D-8016Q-170 at 1700 x 800 x 500 mm (67 x 31.5 x 19.7 in), so the longer shell is also 50 mm wider.

Shape & Backrest
Rectangular shell with one sloped backrest end
D-8016Q is a rectangular drop-in bathtub with a single-ended backrest. Once the shell is set in, the narrow flat flange is all that stays on view above the platform.
Single-ended bathing position
One end of the shell is shaped as the backrest, so the bather faces the opposite end. Decide which end of the platform takes the backrest before the faucet position is set out.
Narrow flat flange, no tap holes
The flange is kept narrow and flat and has no tap holes. The faucet mounts on the surrounding deck or on the wall, and the faucet and waste scope for D-8016Q is agreed at quotation.

The two sizes differ in both length and width, so a platform framed for one will not take the other. Take the cut-out and drain position for D-8016Q-150 or D-8016Q-170 from the approved drawing for that size.
