D-8353 stands with its long straight side against a wall. The two front corners are large-radius rounds, the lip is rolled around the front, and the shell rests on a stepped plinth base rather than on feet.

Three tap holes behind the bowl

The bowl rim is set 90 mm in from the back edge, and D-8353 is shown with a 3-hole deck tap set on that strip. Tap-hole drilling is confirmed on the approved drawing, and whether the tap set ships with the tub is agreed at quotation.

Double-ended bowl, center drain

Both ends of the bowl are shaped as backrests and the drain is at the center. Inner depth is 455 mm at each end and 470 mm at the center.

Both lengths share a width of 800 mm (31.5 in) and an overall height of 600 mm (23.6 in). Only the overall length and the inner bowl length change between the two SKUs.

Along the length, the bowl opening starts 50 mm in from each end and slopes down to a basin floor 960 mm long on the 1500 mm size and 1160 mm on the 1700 mm size. Across the width, the bowl opening is 660 mm and the basin floor 520 mm.

Set the drain rough-in from the approved drawing, and check the wall line is straight along the full tub length before the plinth is placed.

Pure acrylic shell on a stepped plinth

D-8353 is made from pure acrylic sheet with a white gloss surface, a rolled front lip and a stepped plinth in place of feet.

D-8353 is made in white gloss only, so 1500 mm and 1700 mm units on the same project match.

Because the tub stands on its plinth rather than on separate feet, the floor must be level where the plinth sits.

Acrylic scuffs when units rub together in transit. Agree edge and face protection inside the carton, and how damage found on arrival is reported, before the first shipment.

Record any carton damage at delivery and report it within the agreed window.
