Grain & Profile
Grey wood-vein marble in a shallow saucer bowl
SP209 is a round basin in grey wooden-vein marble, 16.5 in across and 5.5 in tall. The interior opens out as a saucer instead of dropping straight down.
Silver waves across the body
The marble carries wave-like striations in silver and grey over a ground referenced at #8C8983. The waves cross the rim as well as the wall.
Wide flare, low inner wall
A saucer section keeps the interior shallow and open. It reads flatter than a cylinder of the same outside height.
The grey tone bridges warm and cool schemes across our stone vessel basin range.
Fit & Clearance
420 mm saucer that needs a low spout
A flared interior changes where water lands. Tap choice matters more than on a deep bowl.
Specify a spout that sits close to the rim and points at the drain. A high arc over a shallow saucer puts water on the counter.
Keep the tap hole far enough back that the handle clears the flared rim.
Take the tap-hole centre from the approved drawing before the vanity top is machined.
Construction & Finish
Wooden-vein marble polished across the flare
Grey wooden-vein marble is the stone on the specification, finished polished.
Parallel grain, polished flat
Wooden-vein marble runs in near-parallel lines. Polishing the flare keeps the grain unbroken from rim to centre.
Because the grain is directional, two bowls cut from different parts of the block will not mirror each other. That is normal for the material and should be stated in retail copy.
We can select for tighter or looser grain if you specify it at order stage.
Compliance
Batch records for repeat orders
Block and batch references are retained against your order number when you request it in the RFQ.
No certification is listed against SP209, so none is stated here. The import market drives the document set. Confirm it in the RFQ.
For a repeat programme, ask us to record the block reference against your order. It gives the next run a documented starting point for appearance.
Procurement
Repeat supply of the SP209 saucer basin
Order terms for the saucer basin.
A saucer section is defined by its flare angle. That angle, the diameter and the finish are all specifiable on the SANIKB OEM and ODM program.
If this model sits in a catalogue you reprint each season, tell us so the appearance range is held steady across runs.
Include these details with the RFQ
- Model SP209 and quantity
- Repeat order or first run
- Destination port and Incoterm
- Batch reference to be recorded
- Own-brand carton artwork
- Sample approval before production
Repeat runs are quoted against the retained sample from your previous order.
How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.
