Terracotta Travertine
Wide and shallow, Ø500 mm across at 140 mm deep
SP177B is published at Ø500 mm with a height of 140 mm. That makes it a wide, shallow pan rather than a deep bowl.
Ø500 mm on a 140 mm rise
Half a metre of diameter is a lot to give a vanity. On a narrow counter that figure decides whether the piece fits.
Red travertine, polished
Red travertine is what the specification names, not marble. Terracotta and flared both come from the title.
It works where one wide basin holds a wall on its own, such as a boutique hotel washroom. Browse the natural stone basin range beside it.
Fit & Clearance
Counter depth and splash room around a 500 mm bowl
Diameter is the constraint on this model, not depth.
A 500 mm circle needs counter in front of it and behind it. Check vanity depth and the distance back to the tap before you commit.
Height stays at the published 140 mm, so only the footprint changes.
Cut-out and waste position are not published. Send the rough-in you work to.
Construction & Finish
Red travertine listed as the material, not marble
Travertine and marble both appear across this range. This code is published as travertine and paperwork should say so.
Polished surface on red travertine
Polished is the only finish published for SP177B. Ask for a physical sample if a client has to approve the tone.
The indicative colour value here is #8E5642. Screens shift warm tones badly, so treat the hex as a layout aid rather than a target.
One surface entry only, and it reads polished. Anything beyond that has to be asked for.
Compliance
Naming travertine correctly on the shipping file
Drawing, material wording and packing detail, prepared before you place the order.
A stone name is not a compliance credential. Nothing in the SP177B data names a scheme, a body or a standard number.
This material name differs from the marble codes in the same range. Keep the description consistent across invoice, packing list and submittal.
Procurement
Planning a shipment around the 500 mm bowl
Ask for packed dimensions and gross weight before you plan the load.
Fifty pieces is the published figure against this code. Where a project runs in phases, say so, and releases can be scheduled on one order.
Cartons for a bowl this wide are specified case by case in the SANIKB OEM and ODM program.
Include these details with the RFQ
- Quantity of the 500 mm bowl per order
- Counter depth at the installed position
- Packed dimensions and gross weight per piece
- Documents required in the destination market
- Drain fitting supplied or sourced locally
- Delivery month and any phased release
The lead time above is a planning figure.
How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.
- Your logo on product, carton and documentation
- Private-label packaging and manuals
