A Carrara boat bowl drawn out to pointed ends
SP246 is a boat-shaped vessel basin in Carrara White marble, 18.9 in long by 13.0 in wide. Both ends are drawn to a point rather than rounded off.
Points at bow and stern
The plan narrows to a tip at each end. From above it reads as a long triangle softened at the sides.
Grey veins on a white ground
Carrara White carries grey veining over a ground referenced at #E8E3D9. The veins run the length of the bowl.
It is the narrow option next to the round pieces in our stone vessel basin range.
Fit & Clearance
480 by 330 mm suits a shallow vanity top
The bowl is long and narrow, so it fits tops that cannot take a wide round basin.
Only 330 mm of counter depth is taken by the bowl. That leaves usable space in front of the rim on a standard vanity.
Measure to the tips when you set the layout. The points reach further than the widest part of the bowl.
Tip-to-tip length is dimensioned on the approved production drawing.
Construction & Finish
Carrara shaped to a pointed plan
The stone specified for SP246 is Carrara White marble, polished.
Points cut from the solid block
Each tip is machined to a fine point, which is the slowest part of the plan to cut. Tip geometry is fixed on the approved drawing.
Vein position cannot be placed to order. A vein may run through a tip on one piece and across the middle on the next.
State whether a matt or a polished white suits the scheme and we quote against it.
Compliance
Tolerance signed off on the drawing
The approved drawing is the reference for incoming inspection. Catalogue dimensions are nominal.
SP246 carries no certification in its specification. None is claimed here. The customs entry country decides the paperwork, so give it to us before production is booked.
On a pointed plan the length dimension carries the tolerance. Agree it on the drawing so inspection at arrival uses the same figure.

Pointed ends are a drawing decision. Send yours and the plan is re-cut for an own-brand collection on the SANIKB OEM and ODM program.
Where the basin is sold as part of a set, send the vanity dimensions with the enquiry. Stone and joinery are then quoted against one drawing.

Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
