Colour & Form
Red travertine in a straight-sided cylinder
SP165 is a round vessel basin in red travertine, 16.9 in across and 5.5 in tall. The stone is what sells the model rather than the profile.
Horizontal bands around the wall
The stone is cut so its layers wrap the cylinder. Rust and pink bands run around the outside face, referenced at #8E5642.
A 430 mm circle, 140 mm tall
The wall is vertical, so the full 430 mm sits on the counter. On a wide top the piece reads as a solid cylinder rather than a small bowl.
Buyers building a colour story show it against the pale pieces in our stone vessel basin range.
Fit & Clearance
A 430 mm circle with a straight vertical wall
Straight sides mean footprint and rim diameter are the same. Plan for the full circle.
A cylinder does not taper toward the base, so it needs the full 430 mm of flat counter. Layouts drawn around a narrow foot will not transfer.
Set the tap back far enough to clear the vertical wall. There is no inward slope to gain reach from.
Drain centre is set on the production drawing and confirmed at sample approval.
Construction & Finish
Red travertine turned as one body
Red travertine, polished, is the material recorded against SP165.
Layered stone cut across bedding
Cutting across the layers is what puts banding on the wall. The polish holds colour depth in the darker bands.
Red travertine varies more than pale stone, so band width and colour intensity move between pieces. Agree the expected range with your customer before the order is placed.
If banding must run in a set direction, mark it on the drawing.
Compliance
Colour reference and market documents
A retained sample settles appearance questions faster than a colour code. We hold one on request.
SP165 carries no certification mark in its specification, and none is asserted here. Say which market the goods clear in and we confirm what can be issued.
The colour reference here describes the stone family, not a match standard. For a controlled appearance, agree a physical reference piece.
Procurement
Sourcing SP165 in red travertine
Published terms for the red travertine cylinder.
Colour-led models are usually the first a buyer wants held exclusively. Band selection, height and diameter can be set for you on the SANIKB OEM and ODM program.
Colour-led models often ship in a mixed container with neutral pieces. Send the model split and we quote it as one.
Include these details with the RFQ
- Model SP165 and quantity
- Other models sharing the container
- Destination port and Incoterm
- Acceptable band and colour range
- Own-brand carton artwork
- Sample approval before cutting
Mixed-model containers are quoted line by line on one booking.
How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.
