Petal-Rim Dark Marble
A scalloped petal rim in black and grey wooden-vein marble
SP241 is the dark piece in this group. The material line reads black and grey wooden-vein marble, with a wavy petal rim in the title.
Wavy outline, not a plain circle
A scalloped rim moves in and out around the Ø420 nominal. Treat that figure as the overall, not as a constant edge.
Dark stone on a light counter
Against a pale vanity the piece reads as a feature rather than a fitting. That is where showrooms tend to place it.
Buyers usually take one dark bowl alongside two or three neutrals for a display run. The rest of the stone vessel basin line supplies those neutrals.
Fit & Clearance
Clearance behind a rim that is not a plain circle
A shaped rim needs its own drawing before the counter is set out.
Where the rim swings outward it sits closer to the tap and the splashback than a straight circle would. Request the rim profile drawing first.
Height above the counter is the published 140 mm, the same as the plain round bowls here.
Scallop depth is nowhere in the data. Treat any rim figure as nominal until it is drawn.
Construction & Finish
Two-tone stone named as black and grey wooden-vein
The material entry names two colours in one line. Carry both into your own copy.
Black and grey marble, polished
Polished is the published finish and black and grey is the published colour wording. Hold a physical piece before any client presentation.
One colour value, #565452, sits on the listing. A single hex cannot stand in for a two-tone stone name, so work from photographs of current stock.
One colourway on the record, and no second finish beside it.
Compliance
Recording finish and colour in the project file
Colour wording, finish wording and the rim profile drawing, prepared for the project file.
A feature shape does not come with extra paperwork. The SP241 record carries no approval mark, so this page claims no certification.
On a feature piece the file description matters as much as the drawing. Agree colour and finish wording before submittal.
Procurement
Ordering the dark scalloped bowl as a feature line
Feature pieces are often ordered alongside a plainer basin rather than on their own.
Dark feature bowls usually move in smaller numbers than neutrals. The 50 pieces in the stats box still applies to this code alone, so plan the split before you enquire.
A feature piece often needs its own carton artwork. That is quoted inside the SANIKB OEM and ODM program.
Include these details with the RFQ
- Quantity of the dark bowl on this order
- Rim profile drawing for the scalloped edge
- Edge protection required in the carton
- Colour approved against a physical sample
- Shipping month and the port you clear through
- Inspection arrangements before loading
Nothing above is a committed date. The production window comes with the quotation.
How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.
