550 mm Round Bowl
A beige marble vessel sink measuring 550 mm across
One diameter, no length and width. The size line on SP230 gives 550 mm across and 140 mm high, the widest round bowl in the group, so the counter has to give it a clear circle.
Round on the tag, oval on the type
The shape tag reads round while the type line reads oval. Ask for the drawing and put the answer in the file before the tops are cut.
Diameter drives the deck
At 550 mm the bowl takes most of a normal vanity depth. Check the tap centre and the front overhang together.
Round and rectangular bowls are quoted side by side in the natural stone bowl range.
Fit & Clearance

Size is published as one diameter, 550 by 140 mm.
Height above the counter is 140 mm. Add that to the finished counter height before the mirror and the tap are set out.
A round bowl has no flat to align to. Give the fabricator a centre point and the waste position from the drawing.
Two bowls on one top need the centres agreed.

Tone is approved on the stone
The published colour reference is a warm beige. Sign it off on a physical sample against the client counter, then write the stone and finish names on the PO line.
Keep the approved sample on site until the last bowl is set.
Compliance

The sheet carries the published diameter, the height and the stone name for checking a counter drawing.
The SP230 record carries no approval scheme.
The record disagrees with itself on shape, round on the tag and oval on the type. The drawing is the governing document, so countersign it before the tops are cut.
Procurement
One counter detail across several bowl shapes
SANIKB manufactures the range, so shapes can be mixed without changing supplier.
SP290A and SP290B run a 650 by 380 mm body in cream limestone and in white veined marble, and SP113B gives a 600 by 450 mm rectangle. One PO covers the three, with one container. Private label, logo and carton artwork are handled inside the SANIKB OEM and ODM program.

Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
