Brecciated Pattern
Brecciated Dark Emperador in a round 420 mm bowl
SP031 uses a brecciated cut of Dark Emperador, where pale fragments sit across the brown ground. The bowl is round at 420 mm across and stands 140 mm overall.
Fragmented, not linear
A brecciated face is broken up rather than veined in lines. No two bowls repeat, which is either the selling point or the problem depending on your customer.
Set the expectation early
Retail buyers expect the photograph they saw. Tell them the pattern varies, or pay for a narrower selection range in cutting time.
Quieter dark stones are also listed under stone vessel basins.
Fit & Clearance
Rim height and waste planning for the SP031 bowl
Above-counter vessel at 420 mm diameter and 140 mm overall height.
Set the counter so the rim lands at a usable height once 140 mm is added. On a dark bowl the drain assembly is visible from standing height, so the waste finish should be chosen deliberately.
Confirm the drain opening diameter before ordering wastes separately.
Construction & Finish
Reading a brecciated stone before you commit
Material is Dark Emperador marble, polished, with a listed reference color of #43342A.
High variation by nature
A brecciated cut carries the widest variation of the dark options. Approve a range of two or three samples rather than a single piece.
For an online listing, photograph several production pieces instead of one. It reduces the returns caused by a pattern that did not match the product image.
Ask for production photos, not studio shots, before you list the item.
Compliance
Import documents for patterned natural stone
Wood packing treatment and destination paperwork are handled when they are specified. They are not assumed by default.
This model lists no certification. Nothing here should be repeated as a compliance statement in your own material.
If your market requires treated wood packing or specific import paperwork, state it in the RFQ so it is priced into the order.
Procurement
Stocking SP031 without pattern complaints
The published MOQ is 50 pieces for this reference.
A narrower pattern selection, custom sizes and private-label packing run under the SANIKB OEM and ODM program.
Include these details with the RFQ
- Quantity and the pattern range you can accept
- Number of samples to be approved
- Production photos before shipment
- Drain opening and waste supply
- Wood packing treatment if required
- Carton artwork and product care insert
- Destination port and Incoterm
A pattern tolerance agreed in writing is the only workable basis for a stone order.
How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.
- Your logo on product, carton and documentation
- Private-label packaging and manuals
- Custom finish matched to your standard
