Saddle Line
Wood-vein marble boat with a curving saddle rim
SP293 is a boat-shaped basin in wooden-vein marble, 18.5 in long by 13.4 in wide. The rim dips through the middle and rises at both ends.
Curve runs the full length
The saddle line is continuous from end to end. There is no flat section where the curve stops and starts.
Banding along the long axis
Wood-vein marble bands run with the length of the bowl over a taupe ground referenced at #7E766A.
It is the saddle-rim boat in our stone vessel basin program, 470 mm end to end.
Fit & Clearance
470 by 340 mm standing 150 mm at the ends
The ends are the tallest point on this model, which drives faucet selection.
At 150 mm the raised ends sit higher than most bowls here. Confirm the spout clears them and still delivers into the low centre.
The 340 mm width leaves counter in front of the rim. That keeps the basin usable on tops that cannot take a round bowl.
Rim heights at the centre and the ends are shown on the drawing.
Construction & Finish
Wooden-vein marble cut to a continuous curve
The specification names wooden-vein marble, polished, on a 470 mm boat plan.
Curve carried through one block
The rise and dip are cut from solid stone. Rim thickness is held even along the whole curve.
Banding meets the curve at a different angle at each end, so the two halves of a bowl rarely look identical. It is a property of directional stone rather than a fault.
Tell us if the banding should run along the length or across it.
Compliance
Photographs before the container closes
Pre-shipment photographs are arranged when the request is written into the purchase order.
The SP293 specification records no certification mark and this page asserts none. Tell us the import market and the requirement is confirmed at RFQ stage.
For appearance-led models, ask for photographs of the finished batch before shipment. It is easier to resolve a question in the factory than at your warehouse.
Procurement
Wholesale supply of the SP293 saddle boat
Terms for the saddle-rim boat, as published.
Rim curve and grain direction are the two things worth fixing for a collection. Both are set with you on the SANIKB OEM and ODM program.
Send the display or e-commerce format you sell in. Photography and carton design are easier to plan before production than after.
Include these details with the RFQ
- Model SP293 and quantity
- Grain direction required
- Destination port and Incoterm
- Pre-shipment photographs required
- Own-brand carton artwork
- Sample approval before production
Grain direction is fixed once the block is cut, so confirm it at sample stage.
How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
