Taupe wood-vein marble with a recessed top face
SP278 is a round basin in wooden-vein marble, 16.5 in across and 5.5 in tall. The top is a flat ring with the bowl dished into its centre.
Flat ring, dished centre
The top face stays level before it drops into the bowl. That ring gives the piece a defined edge from above.
Wood-grain banding around the body
Banding wraps the outside wall over a taupe ground referenced at #7E766A. The bands break where the wall meets the flat top.
The taupe tone sits between the grey and beige pieces in our stone vessel basin range.
Fit & Clearance
420 mm outside with a level top ring
The flat top changes how the basin meets a tap and a counter compared with a rolled rim.
The level ring reads cleanly against a straight counter edge. It suits square joinery rather than curved fronts.
Water sits on a flat top rather than running off. Keep the spout inside the dished area so the ring stays dry.
Ring width and bowl depth are both shown on the approved drawing.

Wooden-vein marble with a polished face is what is listed for SP278.
Level rim machined from the block
The flat top is machined true so it presents a clean line. The bowl is then dished from the same face.
Wood-vein marble is directional, so banding meets the flat ring at a different angle on each piece. Two basins on one vanity will not match.
Say so at order stage if a pair needs to be selected to sit together.
Compliance
Keep a reference piece against the order
Ask for a retained reference in the RFQ. It is held against your order rather than against the model generally.
The specification for SP278 records no certification, so this page records none. Bring the destination market into the enquiry and documents are confirmed with the order.
For appearance-sensitive programmes we can retain a reference basin against your order number. It gives both sides one physical standard.

The flat ring is the detail to own. Its width, the bowl depth beneath it and stone selection are open on the SANIKB OEM and ODM program.
