The plan is a 420 mm circle and the rim sits at 850 mm. Both are fixed at manufacture.
The column stands on the finished floor, so waste and supply positions are settled before tiling starts. Mark both on the plumbing layout.
A 420 mm round base wants clear tile on every side. Set the centre line before the tiling layout is issued.
Site dimensions stay with the installer. Check the drawing against the model code first.

Polished is the only surface published for SP1020. A different treatment is quoted at RFQ rather than assumed from a photograph.
Natural stone is bought by name. Put Athens Grey on the enquiry and on every PO line so the factory and the inspector read the same word.
Ask for the spec sheet and the drawing together. Both are issued against the code.
