Panda White gets asked for by name, usually after a buyer has seen the black veining in a slab. SP1036 is that panda white marble pedestal sink, held to a 400 mm round column.

Use the name with the code
Panda White is the stone named for SP1036 and one surface is published with it. Use both alongside the code so a quote is never built against a different white.
Trade names for veined marble are not consistent between markets. Keeping the code beside the name is what makes the order readable at both ends.
The spec sheet states stone, finish and size. Ask for it with the quote.

A private label range carries your name, so the document behind each code has to exist before the catalogue goes out.
No approval scheme is recorded here. Leave that field out of the specification until the factory issues something.

Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
