Conical Column
A cone-shaped fluted column on a 400mm plan
The title records a flared, fluted column with a conical profile. The bowl is the widest part and the column narrows towards the floor.
Wide at the rim, slim at the base
A cone reads lighter in a small room than a straight shaft of the same height, because less of the object is touching the floor.
400mm square footprint
At 400mm square this sits at the compact end of the pedestal group, which is what makes it workable in a powder room under the stairs.
Showrooms usually put a cone beside a straight shaft, and both profiles come out of the freestanding stone pedestal range.

Because the base is narrower than the bowl above it, the useful clearance in the room is not the same as the footprint on the floor. Work the elevation as well as the plan before this is signed into a small bathroom.
Ask for the elevation drawing, not only the plan dimensions.

Colour value against a white tag
The colour tag on this reference reads white while the published colour value is an off-white. Confirm the tone against a sample before it is described in print.
Travertine is recorded without a variety name here. Ask which travertine is being quoted, and keep that name in the order file for any repeat business.
Do not describe the colour as pure white until a sample confirms it.

SP1034 has no certification mark on its specification. The colour description is unconfirmed too, so treat both as open questions.
Ask for documents in the same message as the price. Requests sent afterwards tend to sit behind whatever else is in the queue, and the project timetable rarely allows for that.

Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
