Repeat Line, Beige
A beige stone pedestal sink for repeated room types
Not every room wants a feature piece. SP1058 is the plain one, a round bowl on a 450 mm plan with no surface treatment named on the record.
Nothing on it to specify twice
No surface treatment is listed, which is what makes it repeatable across a floor of identical rooms.
Round bowl on a square plan
The model name records a round bowl inside a 17.7 in square plan. Internal depth is not published.
Volume schedules are usually built from the plain bodies in the stone pedestal basin range first.
Fit & Clearance
A repeatable 450 mm plan for identical room types
One plan, repeated. That is the whole fit question on this code.
One plan repeated across a floor means one rough-in drawing. Check the first room against it before the rest are set out.
One tap type is specified once and repeats across every room. Fix it in the RFQ before the first room is set out.
Stone & Finish
Settle the stone name before this reaches a submittal
The specification records beige marble, polished. The model name describes the body as limestone.
Two descriptions, one stone name
Ask us to confirm the stone name on the spec sheet before the code goes onto a submittal. The name written on the quote governs the order.
Once the name is fixed, put it on every PO line. Polished is the only finish listed, and anything else is a custom item.
Request the spec sheet at enquiry stage so the stone description is settled early.
Compliance
Volume orders still need the paperwork named
Spec sheet and drawing are issued for SP1058 on request. One document set covers every room in the programme.
No approval mark or standard is recorded here, and repeat quantities do not change that. Settle the stone name before the code reaches a submittal.
Procurement
Repeat quantities of the plain body across a phase
SANIKB manufactures the range, so a repeat line and a one-off feature are quoted on the same sheet.
The plain body carries the volume while a feature stone covers the lobby. Both travel on one booking.
A volume line is where private label pays. Branding, cartons and artwork are handled by the SANIKB OEM and ODM programme, priced within 12 hours.
Include these details with the RFQ
- Quantity per model code
- Number of identical room types
- Stone name confirmed on the quote
- Carton marking and artwork
- Destination port and Incoterm
Get the stone name in writing before the first PO. Every later line copies it.
How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.
