Jazz White Marble
Soft wave veining on a hand-carved tapered column
SP1057 is carved in Jazz White marble, a stone with soft grey wave veining. The column tapers toward the base inside a 440 mm square envelope.
Wave movement in Jazz White
The veining runs in soft waves rather than sharp lines. That reads calmer than a high-contrast marble at the same distance.
Tapered column on a 440 mm plan
The column narrows from the basin down toward the floor, so the mass reads lighter than a straight-sided pedestal. The published envelope stays 440 mm square.
It suits residential and boutique hotel work in light schemes. See the neighbouring models in carved stone pedestals.
Fit & Clearance
Setting a 440 mm carved column on a level floor
Footprint matches the compact 440 mm models in this range.
The tapered body puts the load through a smaller area at floor level, so the substrate under the piece should be flat and solid.
Rim height is 33.5 in, in line with the other compact pedestals in this group.
Avoid shimming under the carved foot. Level the floor instead.
Construction & Finish
Soft grey wave veining under a polished surface
Jazz White marble is the listed material, with polished given as the finish.
Soft grey movement, polished
Jazz White varies from almost plain to distinctly veined between blocks. Agree the range you accept before cutting.
Taper and carving are cut into one block rather than assembled, so veining runs continuously from rim to foot. Decide whether vein direction is consistent across the batch.
State whether vein direction must be aligned across multiple pieces.
Compliance
Export paperwork for a carved marble column
A drawing showing the taper and the carved profile can be prepared for the specifier submittal file.
What is published for SP1057 covers type, material, mount, size and finish. No approval body is named, so this page makes no certification claim.
Include any declaration your market requires for imported stone in the RFQ.
Procurement
Scheduling carved production at 50 pieces
Published MOQ is 50 pieces. Cutting the taper is the slowest operation on this model.
Taper angle, carving depth and marble selection can be revised under the SANIKB OEM and ODM program. Changes to the profile need a carved sample before bulk.
Include these details with the RFQ
- Quantity and delivery schedule
- Taper profile kept standard or revised
- Vein direction consistent or random
- Marble grade accepted for the batch
- Height change if required at destination
- Sample carving before bulk release
Carved sample rounds add time ahead of the quoted lead time.
How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
