Some rooms do not want a feature basin. They want the fixture to settle beside the floor and the joinery. SP1023 does that in sandstone, tapering from a 430 mm bowl down to the tile.
Sandstone, not marble
The specification records beige sandstone. Buyers who say stone often mean marble, so put sandstone on the enquiry and the quote returns against the right code.
A profile that narrows to the floor
Published plan is 430 mm and the type is recorded as tapered, so the body draws in over an 850 mm height. That keeps visual weight off the tile line in a small room.

Setting out a 430 mm tapered base
Setting out starts from two published numbers. 430 mm on plan and 850 mm to the rim.
The base meets the finished floor, so tiler and plumber need the same sheet. Issue the drawing to both at once.
Measure the 430 mm plan against any wall return. In a narrow cloakroom it leaves little space for a towel rail.
Published dimensions are the factory figures. Site tolerance belongs to the installer.

Beige sandstone is the material line here, and the published surface is polished.
One surface, one material
Polished is the surface on file and beige sandstone is the material entry. Write both words on the PO so the shipment is checked against the same description.
Beige sandstone is the only material entry against this code. Anything else on the schedule belongs to a different SKU.
Request the spec sheet with the drawing before any submittal goes out.
Compliance
Paperwork is quoted, not assumed
The drawing and the product data sheet are issued per model code. Requesting them with the RFQ saves a round of emails later.
No approval mark is listed against this code. Leave scheme names off the tender document until the factory releases one.
Say which market the goods enter. A dealer holding stock for two countries should ask for both files at the same time.
Procurement
One PO for the neutral stones
These basins come from our own plant, so a specification change is handled without a middleman.
MOQ is 50 pcs on SP1023. Codes can be combined on one order, so a dealer can carry two or three neutral stones inside a single container.
Neutral codes are the ones dealers brand first. Private label cartons and logo printing run through the SANIKB OEM and ODM programme, with a reply inside 12 hours.

Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.

Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
