A square stone sink with a flat rim to work from
A round bowl gives you nowhere to set the soap. SP1037 is a square stone sink measuring 450 mm on each side, so the rim runs flat on four edges instead of falling away.
Four straight edges at hand height
Straight edges give a hotel somewhere to stand an amenity tray. That is why hotel and multifamily schedules move from round to square. The reason is usually the ledge, not the styling.
Beige marble, polished
Material is recorded as beige marble with a polished surface. Keep the stone name and the model code together on every line of the order.
Square and round rarely compete on the same schedule. Separate them inside the pedestal basins in stone.
Fit & Clearance
450 mm square against the wall run
A square plan changes the clearance check. This one is 450 mm each way and 850 mm high.
Square corners sit closer to a wall than a circle does, but they also show any wall that is out of true. Check the return before the position is set.
The plan is 450 mm each way. Confirm the tap position so the spout lands over the bowl and not over the ledge.
Wall tolerance is a site condition. The drawing covers the fixture.

Plan size beside the stone
Polished is the surface published for SP1037. Square bodies are picked by plan dimension too, so put 450 mm on the line beside the stone.
Beige is a colour family rather than a stone name. Ask for the material description on the data sheet if the schedule needs more.
The spec sheet gives plan size and rim height. Request it with the drawing.
Compliance
Submittal wording for a stone basin
A submittal for SP1037 is built from material, finish and plan dimension. Those are the fields the factory will confirm on paper.
No approval scheme is recorded for this code. Describe the basin by material, finish and dimension in the submittal.
Provide the country at RFQ. A schedule covering several codes clears faster when one file covers all of them.

Square stone on a project schedule
We manufacture these ourselves, so a schedule with several square codes is planned as one run.
Square codes are usually specified in groups. Published MOQ is 50 pcs per code, and a mixed schedule can be quoted on one order.
Project schedules are easier to receive when the carton names the room type. Marking and branding are handled in the SANIKB OEM and ODM programme. Quotes are answered within 12 hours.

Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
