A carrara white marble round basin on a plain column
When a schedule says white marble and nothing else, someone still has to pick a code. SP1030 is the plain answer. Round bowl, tapered column, 400 mm across the plan.
Nothing extra to describe
No flutes, no worked rim, no second stone. That is what makes this code the easiest one to write onto a schedule and the easiest to photograph for a catalogue.

Material is published as Carrara White marble. Keep the stone name with the code so the quote returns against this basin and not a lookalike.

Fit & Clearance
Round 400 mm plan on the drawing
The published plan is a 400 mm circle. Rim height is 850 mm.
A 400 mm circle is a small plan for a full height column. It goes where a vanity unit will not.
Position the waste from the drawing. Once the pedestal is grouted the centre line is no longer negotiable.
Rough-in figures come from the SP1030 drawing rather than a generic pedestal detail.

One stone, one surface
SP1030 publishes a single surface. Carrara also reaches schedules from many sources, so quote the code beside the name and the order stays unambiguous.
A plain code gets reordered more often than a feature one. Keep the same code on every repeat so the material line never drifts.
Ask for the spec sheet and keep it with the approved sample.

Drawing and data sheet are released for SP1030 on request. They cover dimensions, material and finish.
This code carries no listed approval scheme. Write only what the factory has issued into the tender documents.
Give the market at enquiry so the file is prepared alongside the quote. A deep code is reordered, and the same file serves each repeat.

The plain white code on a project order
Manufacturing is ours, so volume on a plain code is planned rather than sourced.
MOQ is 50 pcs on SP1030. A project usually runs one plain code deep and the feature stones shallow, and both can travel on the same order.
A plain code carries volume, so the carton specification matters more than on a feature piece. It is set through the SANIKB OEM and ODM programme, and quotes come back within 12 hours.

Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
