Two-Tone Cylinder
A white Carrara drum on a Nero Marquina column
SP1063 combines two stones in one model. Carrara White and Nero Marquina meet on a clear horizontal break in a cylindrical body.
Carrara White with Nero Marquina
One half carries the grey Carrara veining, the other the white veining of Nero Marquina against black. Which stone sits above is confirmed on the order drawing.
Cylindrical drum on a 470 mm plan
The model is published as a cylindrical pedestal basin inside a 470 mm square envelope. The break between the two stones runs level around it.
Two-stone models suit lobby and feature washrooms. The single-stone versions are listed in stone pedestal basins.
Fit & Clearance
Coordinating a 470 mm cylindrical footprint
Footprint is 470 mm square as an envelope around the cylinder.
A cylinder has no flat back, so the piece stands slightly off the wall. Allow for that in the elevation and in the pipe boxing.
Set the piece so the join line reads level from the main viewing position.
Construction & Finish
Two marbles worked to meet on one horizontal line
Materials listed are Carrara White and Nero Marquina marble, both polished.
White drum, black column
Two separate stones are cut and finished to meet on a single plane. Alignment of that line is the key quality point.
Two different stones are involved and neither can be matched to the other. Approve a sample showing both halves together rather than judging each stone separately.
Approve the pairing as one assembly, not as two individual stone samples.
Compliance
Paperwork for a two-material stone fixture
A written description naming both marbles can be issued for customs and for the project submittal.
Both marbles are named in the record for SP1063, alongside the mount, the size and the finish. No certification mark is listed, so none is claimed here.
If your customs entry needs each material named separately, say so at order stage.
Procurement
Two block supplies behind one 50-piece release
Published MOQ is 50 pieces. Two-stone models draw on two block supplies, so scheduling is agreed at order.
The stone pairing itself is the main ODM variable. Take it through the SANIKB OEM and ODM program and allow extra time for the first sample, because changing either half changes block sourcing.
Include these details with the RFQ
- Quantity and shipment schedule
- Stone pairing kept or changed
- Proportion of bowl height to column height
- Tolerance accepted on the join line
- Vein expectations for each stone
- Assembled sample approval before bulk
First orders on two-stone models normally need a longer sample stage.
How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.
