Walnut Travertine
Horizontal banding across a 600 mm wide walnut travertine block
SP1054 uses walnut travertine, a banded stone whose layers run as visible horizontal stripes. At 600 mm wide and 380 mm deep it is the widest and shallowest square-format model here.
Layered stripes across the face
The banding is the stone's own bedding, exposed by the way the block is cut. It runs level across the front face.
600 mm wide, 380 mm deep
Extra width with reduced depth suits a shallow wall run. It gives a broad face for the banding to show.
It brings warmth into schemes that use timber and brass. Other banded stones sit in natural stone pedestal basins.
Fit & Clearance
Fitting a 380 mm deep pedestal into a shallow wall run
This is the shallowest of the square-format pedestals, which changes how it plans against a wall.
The reduced 380 mm depth pulls the front face back toward the wall. Because the piece is wide and shallow, the waste position needs to be accurate front to back.
Check the wall finish is plumb across the full 600 mm before setting.
Construction & Finish
Banded walnut travertine in a polished finish
The specification lists walnut travertine, polished. The banding is a property of the stone.
Layered travertine, polished flat
Layers of differing density polish up to slightly different sheen. That variation is inherent to a banded stone.
Band width and spacing change from block to block, so a repeat order months later will not match exactly. Phased projects should reserve stone at the first order.
Ask about block reservation if the project ships in phases.
Compliance
Documentation for a banded travertine order
Block or batch references can be recorded against your order so later phases can be traced.
The walnut travertine model is described by type, material, mount, size and finish. Nothing in the record is an approval mark, so none is claimed on this page.
Send the paperwork list from your broker with the RFQ.
Procurement
Reserving block stock across phases
The published minimum is 50 pieces. Phased projects should still plan stone reservation from the first release.
Width, depth and stone selection are open on an OEM basis. Reserving block stock for later phases sits inside the SANIKB OEM and ODM program and is quoted separately from the unit price.
Include these details with the RFQ
- Total programme quantity and phasing
- Whether block reservation is required
- Band width preference in the stone
- Any change to the 380 mm depth
- Waste position tolerance at site
- Carton marking for phased deliveries
Phase two pricing is confirmed at the time of the second release.
How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.
