Tapered Reeds, 430 mm
The shaft narrows towards the bowl on this lilac marble pedestal sink
Lilac White Arabescato is a title description, not a measured pattern. Sign the stone off against a lot sample before the 430 mm code runs.
Narrowing shaft, tightening reeds
The reed spacing appears to close near the top, which lifts the bowl without adding height. Reed pitch itself is not on the record, so take it from the drawing.
Veining is named, not measured
The record does not measure vein density or direction. Approve photographs of the production lot alongside the sample, and keep both on the order file.
Straight shafted alternatives are in the stone pedestal basin range when a quieter column is wanted.
Fit & Clearance
Base footprint of a tapered column at 430 mm
Overall runs 430 x 430 x 850 mm, or 16.9" x 16.9" x 33.5" H.
The published plan is taken at the widest point. On a tapered shaft the floor contact is a different figure, so ask for the base dimension off the drawing when tile layout is tight.
There is no cabinet here to take a service. Supply and waste positions have to be set out before the wall and floor are finished.
Ask for the base diameter separately when the tile module is being planned.
Construction & Finish
Lilac White Arabescato marble, polished
The specification says Lilac White marble, polished. The title adds Arabescato.
A feature stone needs sign off
Strongly veined stone is approved, not assumed. Sign off a sample or lot photographs before production so the piece delivered matches what was sold.
Quieter stones run the same tapered format, which lets a showroom put a feature piece and a plain piece on the same order without changing supplier.
Record the stone name and SP1006 on the PO line and on the crate mark.
Compliance
Selling a feature stone without overstating it
Ask for the spec sheet at RFQ and lot photographs before shipment. Both belong in the file when a feature stone is being resold.
Nothing here names an approval scheme, and veining is not a performance statement. Keep both out of the submittal and out of retail copy.
Documentation is arranged against the destination market once you tell us where the goods are going. It is issued for this code and no other.
Procurement
Placing a feature piece in a showroom order
SANIKB manufactures, so a showroom order can mix a hero piece with the volume codes on one line sheet.
Display and stock pieces ship on one PO. That means one inspection and one container, and the display unit matches the stock behind it.
Private label cartons, printed logo and custom dimensions are handled through the SANIKB OEM and ODM programme. Enquiries are quoted within 12 hours.
Include these details with the RFQ
- Quantity against SP1006
- Display units listed separately
- Lot photographs before shipment
- Base dimension on the drawing
- Carton artwork and language
- Destination port and Incoterm
- Target loading date
Display units count toward the 50 pcs minimum on their own code.
How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.
- Your logo on product, carton and documentation
- Private-label packaging and manuals
- Custom finish matched to your standard
- Custom dimensions and tooling where volume supports it
- Product development from your reference or price target
