Corner Fixing, SY8004
The corner is dead space until something is fixed in it
In a small shower the corner is the one place a shelf does not narrow the standing area. SY8004 is a polished chrome shower corner shelf basket in SUS304 stainless steel, fixed to the wall rather than built into it.
It uses space nobody stands in
A straight wall shelf projects into the shower and people walk into it. A corner unit sits in the angle, so the usable floor stays the same size.
It goes onto tile that is already sealed
This goes onto tile that is already grouted and sealed. Ask for the fixing centres so the installer sets out clear of tile edges.
Wall fixing keeps this available to buildings that are already finished. Corner units, shelves and racks are listed in the shelf and rack range.
Fit & Clearance
Fixing into finished tile is the detail to confirm
The record gives model, mounting and material. Plate size and fixing centres are not published.
The record does not say whether the unit fixes on one plate or on two wings. Take that from the drawing.
No anchor type is given in the record. Confirm it against the substrate, because tile over plasterboard and tile over block need different fixings.
Send the fixing centres to site before the first hole is drilled.
Construction & Finish
Seven finishes off one corner basket tooling
The record gives SUS304 stainless steel and nothing about colour. Finish is a separate decision, made when the order is placed.
Refit work rarely stays one colour
Polished Chrome, Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Polished Gold, Brushed Gold, Gun Grey and Antique Bronze are all produced here. A contractor refitting several buildings to different standards keeps one model number across the programme.
Different finishes run inside a single order and a single shipment. Each line carries its own finish name so the packing list matches what arrives on each site.
One order, several finishes, but never a line without a finish name.
Compliance
The record names materials and not approvals
Document questions are simple to answer at enquiry and expensive once the installers are booked.
No certification scheme appears against SY8004. Nothing here supports an approval claim in a tender document or a submittal.
Refurbishment work is often where local requirements get checked. Name the destination market at RFQ so paperwork is scoped with the order.
Procurement
A refurbishment quantity at fifty pieces
Fifty pieces covers a floor of rooms rather than a whole building, which suits phased refurbishment work.
Because SANIKB builds the part, custom finishes, own brand marking and project packaging are quoted with the item rather than treated as an exception. That work runs through the SANIKB OEM and ODM program.
A complete enquiry gets a reply inside 12 hours, and the SY8004 spec sheet is available on request for the submittal file.
Include these details with the RFQ
- Finish name per line
- Quantity per phase
- Dimensioned drawing for SY8004
- Fixing centres and anchor type
- Substrate on site
- Destination port and Incoterm
- Delivery week per phase
Phase the deliveries in the quotation rather than after the order is placed.
How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.
- Your logo on product, carton and documentation
- Private-label packaging and manuals
- Custom finish matched to your standard
- Custom dimensions and tooling where volume supports it
- Product development from your reference or price target
