7 finishes available on 801003

Shelf and Rail, 801003
A gunmetal grey towel shelf with bar does two jobs
The shelf holds the folded stack a guest has not touched. The rail underneath takes the towel they have already used. One fixing covers both states of the same linen.
The fresh stack stays on display
Hotels put clean towels on the shelf because it reads as service. Housekeeping restocks from above without touching what is drying below.
Ask what the shelf is expected to carry
A loaded shelf pulls on its fixings differently from a plain rail. Request the fixing detail before it goes over a heavy linen programme.
This piece usually sets the height of everything else on the wall. The five models around it sit in the 801 hardware series.
Fit & Clearance
Mounting height has to suit both levels at once
The record carries mounting, material, series and type. No height, depth or shelf dimension is published.
The unit is set high enough to reach the shelf and low enough to use the rail. Take the overall height off the drawing.
Projection is greater than on a plain bar because the shelf carries depth. Check it against the door swing.
Fix this piece first, then set the rest of the room to it.
Construction & Finish
One rack, seven finishes, chosen when you order
The body is SUS304 stainless steel. Colour is chosen at order stage from a schedule of seven names.
The biggest piece sets the room colour
Gun Grey, Chrome, Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Polished Gold, Brushed Gold and Antique Bronze all come from this tooling. The rack is the largest accessory in the room, so it is usually the piece a client is shown when the finish is chosen.
Because the whole 801 group works off one finish schedule, mixed finishes run inside a single order. Each purchase order line still carries its own finish name.
Show the rack in the sample finish. Clients judge colour on it.
Compliance
Load ratings and approvals are both absent here
Load and documentation are usually asked together on a shelf product.
No certification scheme is recorded for 801003. The record also carries no load figure for the shelf.
Where a specification requires either, ask at RFQ. What has to be supplied depends on the destination market.
Procurement
The rack usually anchors a full 801 order
Buyers rarely order a rack alone. It goes on the purchase order with the pieces that have to match it.
The 801 group runs 801001 towel bar, 801006 toilet brush holder, 801007 toilet paper holder, 801008 robe hook and 801009 towel ring beside this rack. Six models on one purchase order means one inspection report, one container and one finish name across the room.
Own brand versions, custom finishes and project cartons are produced in house and quoted through the SANIKB OEM and ODM program. Replies come inside 12 hours and the spec sheet is available on request.

How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
