Towel Bar, 801001
A bath sheet only dries if the bar is long enough
A towel folded twice over a short rail stays damp until housekeeping takes it away. That is the whole argument for bar length, and the first question a gunmetal bathroom towel bar has to answer.
Hang it open, not doubled over
A bath sheet needs its full width on the rail. Properties with damp towel complaints usually have a bar too short for their linen.
Two codes, 801001 and 801002
Two codes sit under this model, 801001 and 801002. The record does not say what separates them, so order against the code.
Match the bar to the linen before matching it to the wall. The other five models are in the 801 hardware series.
Fit & Clearance
Fixing centres decide which wall this can go on
This record covers mounting, material, series and two codes. It publishes no length for either.
The bar is fixed at two points and both have to land in something solid. Ask for the fixing centres before the plasterboard closes.
Ask which code is which and request the drawing for the one being quoted.
Set the noggins from the drawing, not from a nominal bar length.
Construction & Finish
Gun grey plus six more from the same bar tooling
SUS304 stainless steel is the recorded material. Seven finishes are listed against the bar and the colour is chosen at order stage, not fixed at tooling.
One bar, seven schemes on the list
Gun Grey, Chrome, Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Polished Gold, Brushed Gold and Antique Bronze are produced from this tooling. A distributor lists one towel bar and quotes seven different room schemes from it.
Two codes and seven finishes can be mixed inside one order, so a showroom takes one code in chrome and the other in gun grey.
Code and finish belong on the same purchase order line.
Compliance
No approval mark appears against the 801 bar
The document list cannot be written until the market is known. Give it at enquiry.
The specification for 801001 records no certification. Neither code should be described as approved in a quotation or a submittal.
Where a market requires documents, the requirement follows the destination and not the product. Say so when the RFQ is sent.
Procurement
One purchase order for the bar and the five around it
The bar rarely ships alone. Buyers take the 801 group together so the room arrives complete and gets inspected once.
The 801 group also holds 801003 towel rack, 801006 toilet brush holder, 801007 toilet paper holder, 801008 robe hook and 801009 towel ring. One purchase order, one inspection and one container is why project buyers avoid piecing a room together from several suppliers.
Own brand marking, custom finishes and printed packaging are quoted by the factory through the SANIKB OEM and ODM program. Enquiries are answered inside 12 hours and the spec sheet is sent on request.

How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.
