The record types 828003 as a towel rack with bar. Confirm the platform and the bar position on the drawing before either is described in a listing.
Against the 828004 glass shelf
The square set offers both. Take the rack where towels have to hang and the glass shelf where the wall is really for bottles.
Two loads, one pair of plates
Folded stock and a wet towel land on the same fixings. Set the rack out on solid backing and take the centres from the drawing.
Both storage options sit in the square 828 hardware series.

One wall run rarely takes both. Decide between 828003 and the 828004 glass shelf at drawing stage.
Neither depth is published. Ask for both drawings in one request and choose against the clear space the room actually has.
Get the centres to the carpenter, not only to the fitter.

One rack tooling, seven finish names
SUS304 stainless steel is named as the material. Shelf depth, bar length and section size are not.
The rack in seven finishes
Chrome, Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Polished Gold, Brushed Gold, Gun Grey and Antique Bronze.
Colour is chosen at order stage. Hold one finish through the set, and put a second scheme on its own line with the finish name written in full.
One order can carry two finishes when each line states which.
Compliance
The 828003 line names no approval body
A file list settled at RFQ stays with the order through every reorder.
Against 828003 sit a material, a finish, a mounting method and a type. No scheme is named on it.
Give the destination market with the drawing request. One reply then covers documents and dimensions.
Procurement
Rack and glass shelf quoted on one document
Fifty pieces is the published minimum. Racks are usually one per room, so the count is lower than hooks and rings.
The square line is 828001 towel bar, 828004 glass shelf, 828006 toilet brush holder, 828007 toilet paper holder, 828008 robe hook and 828009 towel ring, on one set quotation.

We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
