Count Per Door
Robe hook 828008 is counted per door and per shower screen
A bathroom takes one bar and two hooks more often than the reverse. Count 828008 against doors and shower screens, then against rooms.
Eight models, one geometry
828 runs eight models, the widest of the chrome sets. Hook, glass shelf and brush holder are specified in one geometry and one finish.
Two per room is normal
Door back and shower wall are separate positions. A quantity built from room count alone comes up short on this line.
Count the hooks, then take the room from the 828 hardware series.
Fit & Mounting
The anchor does the work on a hook
The record gives wall mounting and type. Projection, plate dimension and fixing centres are not printed.
Hook height follows the garment and the door swing. Fix it on the room drawing while the joinery layout can still change.
A square plate shows a level error immediately, so set the line off the door frame, not the tile course.
Material & Finish

Material is SUS304 stainless steel. Ask for plate outline and projection with the drawing.
The 828 hook in seven surfaces
Chrome, Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Polished Gold, Brushed Gold, Gun Grey and Antique Bronze.
A distributor can quote a chrome scheme and a brushed gold scheme from one model. Finish is fixed at order stage, and two schemes run on one order when every line names its own in full.
Confirm the finish against a sample before a standard is set.

Tell us what the specifier asked for and the answer comes back in writing.
Nothing in the 828008 entry is an approval. It lists a material, a finish, a mounting method and a type.
Substitution requests are answered with documents. Name the market and project type at RFQ.
Procurement
One PO can cover a whole square bathroom
Fifty pieces is the published minimum. The square line puts eight models on one order.
The square line runs 828001 towel bar, 828003 towel rack with bar, 828004 glass shelf, 828007 toilet paper holder, 828009 towel ring and 828010 soap dish holder, quoted as one set.

We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
