Unit Refresh
Ring 828009 fixes at one position, which is what suits a unit refresh
On a refit the same fixing position repeats in every unit across a building. One position per unit is what keeps a turnaround on programme.
One position, repeated
A ring is fixed at a single point. A bar has to be set out across its length, a different job in an occupied building.

Fit & Mounting
Basin height decides where the ring lands
Set the ring from the basin rim rather than the tile course. Vanity heights differ by market.
Approve that height on one finished unit before the rest are drilled, because a wrong position repeats across the whole building.
Diameter, projection and plate outline are unpublished. Ask for all three before a unit standard is fixed.

A developer running several buildings holds one model and changes finish by scheme. Colour is selected at order stage, and one order carries two schemes when each line names its finish.
Keep a labelled sample of each finish used on site.

Tell us what the submittal asks for and the answer arrives with the quotation.
For 828009 there is a material, a finish, a mounting method and a type. No approval scheme is named, and a submittal should say so.
The destination market decides which files are needed. Name it at RFQ.
Procurement
Unit counts make fifty pieces a small order
Fifty pieces is the published minimum. On a building with more than fifty bathrooms the ring is a single line item.
The matching models are 828001 towel bar, 828003 towel rack with bar, 828004 glass shelf, 828008 robe hook and 828010 soap dish holder, quoted as one set.

Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
