The accessory that gets reordered years after handover
Paper holders are replaced long after a building opens, usually one at a time. Model 828007 is worth recording properly on the asset list, because a replacement has to match the one beside it.
Hold a few from the first run
A small spare quantity taken with the original order removes the guesswork later. The spares carry the same model number and finish name.
Model number, then finish name
Write both on the asset record. A photograph five years later will not tell a purchasing team which name to reorder.

In hotel rooms the damage happens on the cleaning round. Keep the piece clear of a door swing and of the line a trolley takes.

The body is SUS304 stainless steel and the finish is applied to the name on the order.
One code on the asset list
Chrome, Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Polished Gold, Brushed Gold, Gun Grey and Antique Bronze are the available names. One model number and one finish name on the asset record make a reorder years later unambiguous.
Mixed finishes are accepted within a single order, which suits a group running more than one brand standard. Every PO line states its finish name.
Record the finish name in the asset register, not a colour word.
Compliance
Hotel submittals ask for accessories as one schedule
Listing the facts held on file avoids a correction during review.
This record names material, finish and mounting. No approval scheme is attached, so the schedule should say exactly that.
Where a market asks for documents, name the country at enquiry and the scope is agreed with the quotation.

Hotel quantities, private label and one carton spec
This is factory supply, so packaging, labelling and branding are specified by the buyer.
Buy the room and the spares together. 828006 toilet brush holder, 828008 robe hook, 828010 soap dish, 828001 towel bar and 828004 bathroom shelf belong to the same group, so one order covers the fit out and the store.
