Two Codes
A chrome SUS304 towel bar listed under two codes
Two codes sit under one bar, 828001 and 828002, and the record does not say what separates them. That has to be settled before a quantity is split.
Ask which code is which
Quantities cannot be divided until the two codes are defined. Get that in writing before the first purchase order is raised.
Square profile, per the title
The title and the series name both say square. Plate outline and section size are not published, so take them from the drawing.
The square line runs to eight models in the 828 chrome hardware series.
Fit & Mounting
Two codes, and the record does not separate them
Wall mounting and type are published. Bar length, plate centres and projection are not, and two codes make that gap matter more.
Ask for a drawing against each code before any backing is framed. Until both are defined, no centre distance can be committed to a wall.
Never assume the two codes share fixing centres.
Material & Finish
SUS304 on both codes, seven ordered finishes
The specification names SUS304 stainless steel. Section size and wall thickness are absent for both codes.

Chrome, Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Polished Gold, Brushed Gold, Gun Grey and Antique Bronze.
A stocking distributor is not locked to one colour scheme. Colour is fixed at order stage, and both codes can run in different finishes on one order when each line states its own in full.
Never abbreviate a finish name on a purchase order line.
Compliance
Two codes, one specification, no approval named
Scope the documents once and they cover every code on the same order.
The entry gives a material, a finish, a mounting method and a type. No approval scheme is named against either code.
Both codes normally clear customs on one entry. Name the destination at RFQ.
Procurement
Fifty pieces per model, split across the two codes
The published minimum is 50 pieces. With two codes on one model, the split has to be decided before the quotation is issued.
The bar is quoted with 828003 towel rack with bar, 828004 glass shelf, 828007 toilet paper holder, 828008 robe hook, 828009 towel ring and 828010 soap dish holder on one set quotation.

Quotation

Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
