Double Unit, SY8001
One corner fixing for a unit the title calls double
The title describes SY8001 as a double unit and the record stops there. Confirm the configuration on the drawing before quoting, because a double can be two levels on one plate or two baskets side by side. It is a polished chrome wall mounted shower basket in SUS304 stainless steel.
One fitting, two lots of contents
If the drawing confirms two levels, an operator separates guest bottles from housekeeping refills. In apartments the split usually runs between two people.

Two codes sit under one model. Ask what separates them and put the quantity against the code.
Whichever configuration the drawing shows, it is quoted and drilled as one fitting. Single unit versions are in the corner basket and shelf listing.
Fit & Clearance
Reach and height both come off the drawing
Mounting, material and model are recorded. Configuration, spacing and overall height are not.
Reach and bottle height both depend on the configuration, so set the mounting height from the drawing rather than from the title.
In a refit the shower head and the grab rail are already fixed. Send the wall elevation with the enquiry so the position is checked against the drawing.

One tooling family behind seven finish options
The body is SUS304 stainless steel and the finish is applied to order. Seven names are listed for this model.
Finish is the last decision, not the first
Polished Chrome, Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Polished Gold, Brushed Gold, Gun Grey and Antique Bronze all come from the same double basket tooling. One SKU family covers a budget floor and a signature floor in the same property.
Mixed finish orders are accepted, so a group operator runs two brand standards through one supplier. Every line still names its finish.

Compliance
No certification is claimed for the double basket
One line naming the destination starts the document check. Leaving it until shipment is where delays come from.
The record for SY8001 lists no approval scheme. Neither code should be presented as approved to a specifier or a building inspector.
Requirements differ by country and project type. Put the destination market in the RFQ before production is booked.
Procurement
Fifty pieces split across two codes
The minimum is fifty pieces. With two codes on one page, the split between them has to be stated before anything can be quoted.
Factory direct means the carton, the insert and the printed sleeve are all open to change. Own brand versions run through the SANIKB OEM and ODM program at the same published minimum.

We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
