Sets The Wall Line
A polished chrome towel shelf with bar above the wall run
866003 is the piece the rest of the towel wall is set out from. Agree its height on the drawing before the smaller accessories are placed, because moving it afterwards moves everything else.
The wall levels off this piece
Its fixing centres go on the tile setting out drawing first. 866001 and 866009 are then levelled from them rather than measured off the floor.
One approved chrome sample
Check the rack, the bar and the ring against one approved chrome sample. Bought piece by piece they rarely arrive under the same finish name.
Rack height is a coordination item between the joinery and the tiling packages. The rest of the set is in the 866 hardware series.

Take the projection, rack depth and fixing centres from the dimensional sheet for 866003 while the wall is still open.
A rack projects further than a bar. Check it against the door swing, the WC and any wall light on the same elevation.
Agree wall blocking at rough in. Retrofitting backing after tiling means opening finished work.
Construction & Finish
Two room standards without a second supplier
The rack is the same part in every name on the list. Only the line on the order changes.

Finish chosen at order stage
Polished Chrome, Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Polished Gold, Brushed Gold, Gun Grey and Antique Bronze are listed for 866003 in SUS304 stainless steel.
A single order carries more than one finish, so a project running two room standards does not need two suppliers to deliver them.
Each PO line names its own finish. Polished Chrome and Chrome are not the same entry.
Compliance
Submittal documents to request for 866003
A spec sheet is on file for 866003 and sent on request. Approval or test documentation is raised separately.
Ask for the rack documents at the same time as the rest of the room. One request is easier to track than seven.
866003 is cUPC listed. The published specification also holds material, type, mount, finish, size and MOQ. Before it goes into a submittal, request the current listing number and certificate validity so the documentation matches your destination market.
Procurement
Pricing 866003 inside a full room quotation
Racks are low count and high visibility, which makes them worth agreeing early rather than at the end of the schedule.
- Published MOQ
- 50 pcs
- Standard Lead Time
- 30–45 days after sample approval
Send the room types and we will quote 866003 with 866001 towel bar, 866009 towel ring, 866008 robe hook, 866010 soap dish, 866007 toilet paper holder and 866006 toilet brush holder in one response. That keeps the project on one PO, one inspection and one container with the chrome matched across every piece. Private label and custom carton run through the SANIKB OEM and ODM program.

How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.
- Your logo on product, carton and documentation
- Private-label packaging and manuals
