Sample Room Piece
A polished chrome bathroom towel bar approved in the mock up room
866001 is usually one of the first pieces hung in a mock up room, because a long chrome run puts more of the finish in front of the client at once.
Where the finish is accepted
The mock up is where the scheme is signed off. Photograph the approved bar with its model number and finish name so the record is not argued later.
Sample first, order after
The mock up piece is approved as a sample, and the 30 to 45 day lead time runs from that approval.
Once the bar is signed off, the rest of the room is specified to match it. The set is listed in the 866 hardware series.
Fit & Clearance
Confirming length and standoff on 866001
No length is published here and two references share the model.
Settle the length from the dimensional sheet before the mock up is built.
Set the bar out on the mock up wall first and confirm the standoff there before the production elevation is issued.
Send the wall build up so the fixing kit is quoted with the bar rather than after it.
Construction & Finish
Chrome is two entries on this bar, not one
The record lists Polished Chrome and Chrome separately. A specification that says chrome alone has not chosen yet.
Seven names, two of them chrome
Polished Chrome, Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Polished Gold, Brushed Gold, Gun Grey and Antique Bronze are listed for 866001 in SUS304 stainless steel, chosen by name at order stage.
Where two room types take two different names, both sit on one order with a line each. Write the chosen name on the PO line and on the approved sample tag.
Settle the exact name before the mock up is built.
Compliance
Paperwork to agree before the mock up is signed off
It supports specification as a product description and not as an approval certificate.
Mock up sign off is the moment to close the document list, while the room is still open to change.
This record makes no certification claim and nothing in the stainless grade implies one. Give the destination market and the reviewing authority and we will confirm what covers both references.
Procurement
Taking the 866 room off one purchase order
SANIKB is the manufacturer. Length, finish, marking and carton are decided here rather than passed down a chain.
A room built around this bar also takes 866009 towel ring, 866008 robe hook, 866003 towel rack, 866007 toilet paper holder, 866006 toilet brush holder and 866010 soap dish. One PO, one inspection and one container keeps the chrome identical from the towel wall to the WC. Private label, custom finish and printed cartons run through the SANIKB OEM and ODM program.

How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.
